"I had a great experience using this …"

I had a great experience using this website to order my contacts. They came quickly and I was able to talk to a representative on the phone and on live chat. The only issue I had was pulling up my order but I think the website was down. But I'm sure someone would have responded back via live chat. Overall I was very pleased with my order and customer service. And my contacts arrived before the scheduled arrival date. Big plus!

"Still waiting for my contact lenses!!"

The first time I ordered for webeyecare, I received my contacts in a timely manner; this recent experience has been less than desirable, hence the generous 3 star. I ordered my contacts on Jan 12. After about 10 days, I called to inquire about the lenses. I was told that my prescription had expired, but no one bothered to contact me. When I finally spoke to someone after multiple attempts calling the company, I was told that my brand was on back order. The website said "in stock." Since, Monday, Jan, 22nd, I have called webeyecare multiple times. I have repeatedly ask for a definitive answer with respect to when my lenses will arrive. I asked that given the inconvenience that webeyecare expedite the delivery of my lenses, and was told yes. The lenses was supposedly shipped, but when I attempt to use the tracking #, there is an error message that the item has not been labeled. At this juncture, I haven't received my contacts lessons.
I was scheduled to have lasik surgery, and had to cancel, hence my predicament.
It would be helpful if the customer service representatives honored their word. On multiple occasions, I was told that I would receive a call informing me about the status of my contact lenses, but no one followed up. I called today, and someone did return my call, but didn't bother to leave a message. My suggestion: order your lenses in advance in the event that they don't have your brand in stock. There are also a number of other online companies as well. Whether I use this company again is contingent on when my lenses arrive. Finally, why charge my credit card if the item was unavailable?

"I made an order for my contacts"

I made an order for my contacts, called them a week later and asked about my order. They told me that they had contacted my eye doctor but not gotten a respond. But they would try again. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then said that they got ahold of my doctor and the paperwork was being faxed to them. That the contacts would be shipped that day. I have not heard anything more from them. Everytime I have called all i have gotten is their answering machine. I have written an email, and left a message on the answering machine. I tried their live chat multiple times but it has always been offline. I will never order from them again. Dont they understand that we order contacts because we need them not because we want to? I have to wear my broken glasses because it has taken so long. Its a rip off they wont even refund the money.

"I'm only giving one star because I have …"

I'm only giving one star because I have to give at least that to leave this comment. HORRIBLE company! If you have any other alternative, you would be better off using that because it's what you will have to do anyway. My order was placed at the beginning of NOVEMBER and has still yet to be fulfilled. Every time I call there is a different excuse! I spoke with them yet again Thursday of last week regarding my order, and stayed on the phone while the csr verified that they had my contacts in stock, and was told they would FINALLY be shipped THAT DAY. To be received no later than Friday of this week. Only to receive an email today stating my contact brand is out of stock and having to come from somewhere else and then once they are received from that location, I will then receive them in another 7-10 business days. I asked for a refund back in mid December only to be told I was not eligible for one. So they have now had my money for three months and have yet to deliver a single product. These people are a SHAM and I've no choice left now but to report them to the BBB, I recommend anyone else with similar experiences do the same! If nothing else maybe these idiots will be fined, if not shut down. Maybe then no one else has to waste their time and money. All these people have done is give me the run-around from go, and now they've left me with no choice but to take these measures! Irate is understatement to describe how I feel about this. If they hand delivered them to my door TODAY, it would still not begin to make up for the waste of time and money put in to simply getting a set of contacts. RIDICULOUS!

"I would not recommend this place. Go anywhere else"

I would not recommend this place at all. It took them a week to inform me my contacts were backordered after they were paid for. I paid for express shipping. Would not reimburse my shipping. I got a email saying my package was sent 1/05 with a tracking number and I received another email a days later asking if I still wanted them? Like you supposedly already sent them. They did not send them on the date they claimed by the way. Believe me saving two or three dollars is not worth the run around this place will give you. Horrible experience and will not return. I'd be surprised if my contacts shipped yet I believe it's been three weeks since they were ordered.

"Now avoiding this company"

Now avoiding this company - I placed a contact lens order, with all necessary information. I also paid to have the order expedited. Two weeks later, I received an email asking for more information, much of which I had already provided when I placed the order. My order had not even been processed yet! I tried to call and the message stated that I need to chat to get service. I would have been a new customer, which amazes me even more as I am sure all companies are looking for new clients. This is by far the worst service I have experienced for all my online purchases in 2017. Do you actually have employees or is this some form of automated middleman operation?

"My new purchasing site."

Very easy site to navigate and arrived in a shorter time then I expected. Prices allow me to maintain my Eye Care versus, wearing my contacts for too long. I will never purchase contacts from my optometrist again.

"I ordered contacts on the 10th of …"

I ordered contacts on the 10th of November a week later I get the wrong ones, I was told as soon as I scan the package with the wrong contacts webeyecare will see movement and send out the rights ones. well no contacts three weeks later. I call webeyecare they tell me they received the wrong ones and will ship out the correct ones priority. Still no contacts. Now its almost one month later and now I have no contacts and they still have not sent out the correct ones. I will now be out of town without contacts. I guess now I will order all my contacts elsewhere and start two months in advance. NEVER AGAIN.
