"Stay Away"

I uploaded my prescription to the site at the time I placed my order. I then received an e-mail days later stating that my eye doctor didn't respond with my prescription asking if I could e-mail it. I did that and waited longer. Finally I had to inquire what's taking so long. I was told they still couldn't reach my eye doctor and they couldn't send me the contacts I ordered...only the ones my eye doctor named on the prescription which I don't like. I've never had a problem with any other online retailer reaching my doctor or being able to sell me the contacts I prefer. What's the difference? As long as the prescription is correct the contacts are my choice. Now I've wasted time dealing with WebEyeCare when I could have had my contacts by now with someone else. Nice job at losing a customer.

First time buying contact lenses online. They are great, had no problems, recieved my contacts in a mail within a couple of days. I would recommend anyone to get contact from here.

"Very frustrating experience with poor …"

Very frustrating experience with poor customer service. If you want a smooth and easy ordering experience and need contacts on time, look elsewhere.
I placed an order with them because it states on the website they ship withing 24 hrs. I uploaded the prescription and received the order confirmation number Called them after I did not receive any order confirmation email after 3 days, Webeyecare stated that they were not able to verify my address, but my order went through just fine with an order confirmation number. They have my phone number and yet could not call me? I was told I should receive a shipping/tracking email Thursday and my contact on following Monday.

Thursday came, no email, checked in the spam folder. Called customer service again, this time the rep Sean told me that I should receive the email Next Tuesday and my contact in 5 - 10 days business days from now. He claimed that the delay was because they had to call the doctor's because I did not upload the prescription initially, then later they could not verify my address. He was unapologetic and tried to talk over me when I was trying to tell him I uploaded the prescription. How about taking responsibility for messing up order instead of trying to blaming the customer??

They have lost me as a customer. Too much wasted time and frustrations.

Lousy customer service. Don't reply to emails, send discount vouchers that don't work. Also shipping is very slow. I will change supplier.
