Very easy to order my contacts, just uploaded my prescription to web site, entered my CC info, and my order was here in a little over a week. Prices were also great!
Only downfall was it took a little longer to receive order and I didn’t want to pay extra for shipping.

I never received my contacts even though it said they were delivered. I don't know who to contact but I have been driving without any seeing aids and it is very frustrating

Ordered from them for the first time, they sent the wrong prescription and now after over two weeks of emailing, and calling I have yet to have this problem resolved. Not one step has been taken to help me except I speak to someone on the phone and they said they will send me a return label (but don't). They won't send my correct lenses until they receive the returned ones, but they haven't sent a label. When I email them they say they don't know what order I'm talking about (even though I include the name and order number) I wanted to start buying from them regularly, but I will never buy again and tell people to not buy from them. Are they a fake company?

I would have given this company 0 stars, if possible. I ordered lenses for my son and paid for faster delivery--3-7 business days. I ordered on Saturday and had not received shipping information by Tuesday, so I called. I was told that they had shipped, but that it takes 24-48 hours to receive shipping info. Ok. Weird, but ok. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally, on the day the lenses were due to arrive, I called again. Still no shipping info. Was told they had shipped. Again. When I mentioned I had not received shipping info, I was put on hold so they could check. After a few minutes, I was asked if they could call me back. Waiting, waiting, waiting. At 4:45 I called back. AGAIN. was told lenses were actually backordered! I was furious! I never received a call or email telling me. My son is a college student who is a photo Journalism major. He needs contacts to shoot properly. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the order. I asked for a refund and was told that they would have to check and make sure the lenses had not shipped.....what? I thought they were backordered! They said, you guessed it, they'd get back to me. Waited all day and guess what....no one got back
to me! I just called AGAIN and was told the order was indeed cancelled. DO NOT use this company. After the first call or two, I got the feeling it is some guy running it out of his garage. I guess it's not---if that were the case. He would have known they weren't in stock and had not shipped! Worst follow through and customer service ever. Don't bother saving a few bucks. The aggravation is not worth it.
