"Finally cancelled my order after…"

Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" sucks. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere.

"If I could give them zero I would"

If I could give them zero I would. So disorganized, place 2 order over a week ago for my kids. Both have the same Dr, orders where placed within 5 minutes of each other. One order no problem, second order has been not but a pain. Received an email 2 days later asking for Dr info and prescription, which we already did when I placed the order. The email came on a friday afternoon and of course they were closed at 5 and the weekend. Emailed them the information again, heard nothing back. Called yesterday, was told by Shaun that notes said they call Dr but was put on hold, then hung up. Really?!?! I was on hold for a long at Webeyecare, I waited. Shaun told me that the order was done but waiting for a tracking number. Explained I needed the order for next wed ( a week away, now 2 weeks since the order was placed) Shaun told no problem, we can always overnight a trail pair if the order doesn't come in time. Asked Shaun to call me today with the tracking # , he said problem, gave him my number. What do I get this afternoon but an email from Cindy Marketing Manager telling me that the lens are on NOT in stock and will be another 7-10 day and then another 3-7 shipping days. What?!? These are common lens, why wouldn't they have them in stock. According to Shaun, yesterday the order was filled waiting for a tracking #. Yep, never got a call from Shaun. So now I need to go purchase lens somewhere else in order to have them in time for my son to travel next week. But the best part is Webeyecare had no problem charging my account right away for lens that we don't have. Of course they are closed, can't talk to anyone after 5:00. Now, let's see how long it's going to take for them to give me back my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, useless you like horrible service, people who can't communicate with their customers and don't have everyday common lens.

The contacts that my son got from WebEyeCare were the same as the eye dr was providing, but they were much less expensive. I will definitely purchase from WebEyeCare again.

"Easy, Fast and Honest"

I have ordered my contact lens from several online sources, as well as stores like Costco. I found the ordering process with WebEyeCare to be easy and straightforward. The prices are honest and transparent - they do not play games like adding a $32 handling fee like lens.com. They shipped out my contacts immediately, and they arrived even before the shipped email came. I will gladly order from them again when I need more lens.

"Decent online ordering, but ZERO customer service"

I've ordered contact lenses from WebEyeCare once before and had a good experience. However, this time I have a prescription for astigmatism in one eye but not the other. Apparently this order can't be placed online. I attempted to use their chat feature (waited for a long time to be connected to someone) and all I was told once I was connected was to call customer service. Then tried calling them multiple times over several days and got a voicemail each time. Left a message but never heard back. Now going elsewhere after wasting all this time trying to get in touch with them.
