Moved in February 3 have not received key for building and mailbox. Was locked out February 4. Call emergency maintenance no answer. Heat in apartment is not working

It’s a good place to live nice an clean nobody is loud but only thing I don’t like that the hot water doesn’t get hot it be barely warm or warm but other then that I like my apartment

Any questions I had were answered and anytime I needed to assistance they made sure I wassuo tooken care of.

The people who showed the apartments were very professional. The people at the realty office were very helpful and professional.
The were and still are a few issues with having constant hot water to get thing washed and unpacked. That issue was reported and is still not resolved yet. I am not use to boiling water to wash dishes, mop or general cleaning.
Other than that the apartment is what I expected.
