"The sales folks at RingCentral are…"
The sales folks at RingCentral are atrocious. Quick to sign a deal and ship you off then when they screw up your order they go dead silent. It’s remarkable honestly. Want to know who your account rep is like a non-sales person? Good luck. Want to add a simple background to a phone? Get ready to cough up $6,000 cold hard cash bucko! I’ve brought up my issues several times and it falls on deaf ears, just your standard corporate “we’re listening & we won’t do anything” approach. The support folks are great however, they deal with a lot of flack.

"They have the worst customer service…"
They have the worst customer service ever. Once you sign up for the phone system, you do not get any assistance if you have issues. Zero! I would never use them again. No phone numbers for customer service help.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience, did everything they can to avoid cancellation, initial sales rep tried sneaking in a year contract and was not transparent about setup fees, customer service barely answers. Never going back.

"Makes changing/cancelling plans difficult"
They make cancelling/changing your plan unnecessarily difficult (have to contact an account manager but give no information for who your manager is or how to contact them), and they give no advance statement/notice before charging the annual renewal fee. I had wanted to change to another lower cost company after my annual contract was over, since my small business doesn't need all the bells and whistles Ring offers. However, because my records of when that annual renewal was due were off by one month, and because Ring didn't send me a statement/bill or any other notification of the $450+ charge for the next year's contract, I've just become locked into another annual contract. The plan, which was a reasonable fee last year, also increased by over $100.
I do NOT recommend.

"Customer service is confusing. Beware their contract."
Customer service is very confusing. Make a decision within the first few days of service as to whether you want to cancel. It takes time to port the number out and you only get 30 days to cancel. Avoid any contract with them because the terms basically state that it supersedes anything anyone has told you. There is nothing concrete about the service you will receive and any lines you add are permanently part of the contract. And the contract has a link to more terms on a website that they can update at any point. Basically you can't get out of their contract unless they want to get rid of you. Buyer beware.

"Great customer service"
Great customer service. Overall pretty happy with this company. Only 4 stars because we do sometimes have glitches with customers not being able to hear us.

"Stuck in contract for unused lines"
I don't feel that when you add new lines that you're unable to EVER remove them. People come and go from companies all the time and paying for unused lines (not even any equipment) for 2 years is unethical.
