"Love love love the A/O Rosa"

Bought the A/O Rosa and love love love it! Pretty easy to set up, and then brought it to a bike shop for a final tune up. One issue is that the white paint on the body scratched pretty easily so be careful. Great customer service and instructions for setup.

"Not the best first impression for a $300 bike"

First off, the instruction booklet is lackluster at best. The company does give you the option of watching videos to assemble the bike, but some of them are on Youtube, some are google drive documents with embedded videos and others are on Vimeo. While the bike did come 80% assembled, the brakes had to be completely reattached as they were installed correctly, several screws were missing (but there is a bag of extras), and the fender and rack supports all needed to be rebent in order to fit on the frame.

"First bike came with a bent front fork"

First bike came with a bent front fork. Was told they would ship a new one in 2 weeks. I said I would just send the bike back. They told me to keep it for parts. They did refund my money. Took a chance and bought a second one. It arrived in great condition and now I have parts. Haven’t ridden it yet due to rain and getting a tire pump. It is ready now. I know the breaks will need adjustment and the seat won’t stay tight no matter how many times I tighten it. We will see. 3 stars because of the crappy packaging.

The bike I bought for my daughter’s birthday came in quickly. I was able to complete the assembly with the instruction video provided on line. My daughter loves the bike. Thanks so much for making it easy for me.

"Great product, everything I wanted in a bike!"

I love the bike! The style, the color, shipping was fast as well. Customer service is AMAZING, however the warehouse support staff lost the team a 'star'.
My bike was not shipped to the assembly location as was specified, it came to my house instead. The fender paint was chipped, minor deal, replacement was simple, receiving it, not so much. Initially, I rec'd someone else's critical replacement part. Granted, my bike was assembled and I was riding, but it took over a month to get 3 separate shipments for my parts to arrive. I would have been happy to wait for a full shipment, which could have saved a little $ for the company?
Again, I love the product & customer service. The Warehouse team may need a bit more oversight.

"Packaging could be more protective"

I am enjoying my new cruiser bicycle. It came mostly assembled; adding the front wheel, handlebar, pedals and seat was easily done. That being said, I do not believe the bike was packaged well for shipping. The initial box arrived with four large holes in the areas of the front and rear axels and the axel on the front wheel was bent. The replacement wheel arrived with a damaged axel bolt; a half inch area on the threads had been completely ground down. The replacement rim for the replacement wheel did arrive safely bubble wrapped and I was up and riding soon after. Customer service was always polite, professional and helpful, and always responded within 24 hours to my emails. However, the time from start to finish of getting the bicycle with undamaged working parts to actually being able to ride took over a month and left me wishing I had just gone to a local bike shop to make my purchase.

"No response ever from Sixthreezero"

I have sent several emails regarding my first TrustPilot review for Sixthreezero (which was positive). Sixthreezero sent me an email saying if I did a review I would receive a bell for my new bike. I never got a response from the several email i sent and never received the bell. What kind of service can I expect going forward if I have any issues with the bike?

"Not honest"

I was contacted to write a review for this company and I would receive $50. Since I had bought the product and liked it, I did. Months later I am still waiting. I have contacted the company numerous times but at this point I get no response.
