"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Thanks to the incompetence of Omni Capital, the credit score I worked really hard to build has dropped by 150 points within two months. I have never missed a payment before, never had any issues paying my bill, or any of my bills for that matter, and have been trying to build my credit so I can get a mortgage. Omni Capital has just jeopardised my chances of that.
I have a three year loan for my iPhone 13 that I was signed up for by Aerial direct in 2022 (not my choice), I then had a payment bounce in November 2024 due to a change in finances, I was emailed saying they've added a late fee and asked when I could make the full payment, or if they could add it onto my next instalment. I chose the latter but never received an email confirmation, and they didn't add it on. I emailed back the next month asking about it and got no response. I have tried calling them once a week since then and have either had the phone put down on me or they've just not answered. None of my emails have been answered either, until today February 2025, I got an email about a payment that bounced yesterday, although I have the money for it in my account, saying they'll be adding another late fee.
Cherry on top is that I used to be able to manage my account online, but when I have logged in since the issue, there is no record of my loan amount. It is due to be paid off by the middle of this year, and I want to close my account and be done with this horrible company, but how can I when I can't get in touch with them?!?!
