"Lousy work, no refund, no customer service"
I have left two reviews already. Both reviews had a person from PrinterPix assure me that I could get in touch for a refund of my order. I contacted them over 10 times within the last 4 months. NOTHING. The images I ordered were printed on paper that bubbled (was not smooth), the edges were ragged and white where the paper had torn, and there was no way to affix the image tiles to the wall (missing adhesive of any kind). I complained to my credit card company, which seemed to prompt an email from PrinterPix, letting me know they would fill my order again, despite the fact that (1) I have clearly asked for a refund which they "promise" they will fulfill if not happy and (2) I already ordered a re-do of the work from a different company (who produced and sent it in perfect order). PrinterPix seems like a scam, and there has been no resolution from their end. I will continue to update over time, but for now I cannot recommend this company's services.

They give you a prompt timeline of when you will receive your items. Unfortunately I have not received my items still. I wish they could speed up or not give us a timeline they can’t follow, bc I would have outsourced my photos from somewhere else because I need them now. Hopefully the quality is worth it or me waiting this long will be for nothing

I ordered Metalic Print on Jan 20th, 2025 supposed to be printed in 4 days and ship
today is Feb 4th, 2025 there is no information about my order
called a few times the phone number on the website was picked by the customer service rep just gave a robotic reply without any commitment or firm information
I don't recommend this site for any order your photo

"Don't trust Printerpix"
I had ordered a Christmas present that needed to be opened when family were all present during the holidays. We have a group that gets together and I was responsible for providing the gift. I was guaranteed delivery well before the holiday and even requested expedited processing for an additional fee. My order was not even processed until after the holiday and mailed much later. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and even though they delivered the item a month late, I was still charged.
I ended up using Walmart to recreate the day before Christmas and had same day pick up for much better quality and size. DO NOT RECOMMEND and very disappointed. Customer service just kept telling me that my order was being processed and sorry...not acceptable

Me cobraron las fotos y me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que no se había podido realizar el pedido. Múltiples emails mandando fotos de que me han cobrado y el mensaje recibido y ninguna contestación. SON UN TIMO!!!!

"A company that lies!!"
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered six slate images, and while they all arrived in good condition, two of them were missing the stands needed to display them. I reached out before Christmas and was assured that replacements would be sent immediately. They never arrived.
I initially blamed holiday delays and waited two weeks before contacting them again. Once more, I was told the replacements were on their way, but they never came. Over a month later, I called to report that I still hadn’t received the missing stands. They claimed to send out another replacement and even emailed a photo as proof, but nothing ever showed up.
The stands are essential for displaying the images properly, and without them, the pictures are just lying flat. I feel completely let down and deceived by this company. It’s clear they are either unable or unwilling to resolve issues promptly.
I will not be purchasing from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear. If you encounter a problem, don’t expect it to be resolved. Avoid at all costs.
