"Your prices are too high"

Your prices are too high. I will have to try another company that is lower. 163.00 for a 100 page book is ridiculous. I love your website, but can no longer afford to use it.

"The print quality is completely…"

The print quality is completely garbage! The color is pale, pixel is very low resolution. It was completely unusable. I have printed the same picture using Michael local store, 100x better quality.

The customer service is also horrible. They insist that if the picture is received is still the same picture I submitted, they have zero responsibility. This is outrageous for a PRINTING company.

"Joke Company, Non Existent Customer Service"

Joke of a company, ordered a 2025 calendar which came quickly, cover says 2025 but all the month's are printed as 2026 🤔, sent email & evidence to customer services immediately as requested but now have been completely ghosted. I've sent further emails but just get tumbleweed. I have now instructed my credit card company to dispute the transaction under 'Good Not Delivered'

So here we are 10 days after 'Joey' posted a reply from the company apologising, well those measly words mean sh!t as still no one has reached out to fix the issue with my order.

I implore anyone to stay away from this company as the customer service is a joke and no doubt they got all these 5 star reviews dishonestly

J'ai choisi ce site parmi tant d'autres car ils annonçaient une date de livraison très courte.....conclusion, un petit calendrier à mis plus de 15 jours à arriver, sans mail qui préviendrait du délai (pour tout vous dire que je ne m'attendais presque plus à recevoir quoi que ce soit). Ça a fini par arriver et là c'est une belle déception, d'un calendrier d'une qualité vraiment inférieure à tout ce que j'ai pu commander sur d'autres sites. Papier très fin, impression imparfaite.... Il faudra que je m'en souvienne pour ne pas refaire l'erreur de recommander sur ce site.

I order the photo album, the deal 3x photo albums for £80 with leather cover. But it turns only one album, I tired to contact the customer service but no reply. I tried the different customer service still no reply. I’m stuck. Maybe this is a scam company.

"Slow shipping and poor customer service"

I ordered 11 calendars and paid $30 shipping to have them delivered by Christmas. They did not arrive in time! I emailed customer service numerous times since then with no response. I have called repeatedly and can not get anyone in the phone. Terrible customer service! I would not use them again!

Do not use this company. I used this company to buy a personalized calendar and there was an overpayment issue. Since December I have messaged back and forth with no response to my issue raised and still I am owed money that I guess I will never receive. I will never use this company ever again !!! Disgusting customer service and overall terrible, they will rip you off !!!!!!!!
