My order was delivered and the prints were cut off. I very carefully made sure that they were to spec. Spoken to someone on an online chat who advised me replacement photos would be sent but not in time for Christmas, left it 2 weeks into the new year and tried to speak to someone in the online chat, but no real person - just a bot! Even though it states on their website '24/7 Support - Real people, not bots'. Couldn't be any further from the truth! Opened up a number of enquires via email and not once received an email back! Shocking, as this was a Christmas present, and it's now become something I need to chase everyday! Wouldn't recommend this company for your prints!

Want to Return an item bought on 23rd Dec and emailed to say I wasn't happy, they replied 1st Jan to say please send photos on January, which i did on 10th Jan and been ignored ever since after email and email.

I ordered a present for my mum and they sent me a voucher which I did not want. I asked multiple times for a refund. They email you back with a Ticket number so it seems they will do something. Its been nearly 2 months and they have done NOTHING. They owe me £24.99.

Würde sogar 0 Sterne geben. Produkt war okey. Aber der Service für Deutschland existiert einfach nicht. Als ich eine Bestellung stornieren wollte stellte ich fest das es nicht möglich ist dies einfach so zu tun. Also kontaktierte schrieb ich an die angegebene Email erhielt jedoch bis dato keine Antwort. Darauf hin entschloss ich mich in England UK anzurufen und nach zu fragen, diese stellten sich quer da ich nicht innerhalb der voergebenen 24h die Bestellung storniert hatte wie in den AGBs erwähnt. Daraufhin erklärte ich dem Herren am Telefon das es in deutschland per Gesetz klar definiert und für jeden Kunden sichtbar sein muss wie man eine Bestellung storniert.
Davon wollten sie aber nichts wissen und wollte mich mit einem Gutschein loswerden.
Lieber Finger von dieser Firma.

Package not arrived. already paid . I paid15/01/2025 and i requested tracking but the code given by printerpix does not appear in the Deutsche Post systems. I want a refund or a new shipment.it's the second time.impossible to receive assistance. contact pages do not exist, fb and email do not respond.it's a rip-off i filing a complaint.

the package still 02/07/2025 has not yet been delivered to DHL. absurd. I ask for a refund to proceed with purchasing elsewhere.

"Changed my mind, but.. "
I originally ordered a photo but was way too big for the cell phone photo I took and after placing the order, I knew it was going to pixelate and not look right. I reached out and Metal Stephen got back to me and was able to cancel my order. I ordered another, smaller photo that wouldn’t pixelate as much and he was able to process a refund of the difference. I haven’t received my photo yet, but I am a repeat customer and their prints are legit!

"Kein Kundenservice, fehlerhafte Ware"
Die bestellte Ware kam zwar an aber leider hatte die Decke einen unübersehbaren Fehler bei der Naht. Für diesen Preis nicht gerechtfertigt zudem war die Decke ein Geschenk. Also habe ich den Support kontaktiert und um einen kleinen Preisnachlass gebeten, was völlig gerechtfertigt wäre. Nach 3 Kontaktversuchen immer noch keinerlei Reaktion. Das finde ich mehr als unprofessionell, besonders wenn man damit wirbt einen tollen Kundenservice zu besitzen. Ich rate daher von Printerpix ab: es gibt weitaus bessere Anbieter (unter anderem auch mit Sitz in Deutschland - anders als Printerpix, was mir beim Bestellvorgang nicht bewusst war). Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
