"servizio cliente inesistente"
sono cliente da più di dieci anni, seppur il prodotto finito a livello qualità prezzo non e' male ,a sto giro il servizio clienti non rispecchia le aspettative. Anni fa grazie al call center se c'erano problemi venivano risolti. Oggi dovevo modificare un formato di un fotolibro e dopo continue segnalazioni ....l ho risolto da mè. Ora altro inghippo, non funziona il pagamento..avendo tolto il servizio telefonico è inutile perdere tempo dietro alle mail che non portano a nessuna risoluzione. Peccato hanno perso un cliente storico, non lo consiglio esclusivamente per il servizio clienti

"Damaged books & no replies"
UPDATE 16th Feb: Despite replying to my review claiming someone would be in touch soon, no one has bothered. I still have not received the replacement for the damaged photo books.
Ordered two photo books which arrived damaged. On the 18th of December I was advised they would send replacements and to reply to the email to confirm. I tried replying but it bounced back saying their mailbox is full.
I have tried emailing numerous times since then, no others bounced back but I’ve never had a reply. I also raised another support ticket on the 16th January - it’s now the 25th and still no-one has been in touch.

È più di un mese che aspetto il mio ordine, dice che è stato spedito ma quando lo traccio esce scritto che è ancora in produzione. Assistenza clienti inesistente, ho mandato mille mail ma zero.
100€ buttati, un furto; oltre a tutto il tempo speso per creare i prodotti.

I ordered photo calendars for the holidays. I never received my order. I contacted support and supplied information. A month later still no order or real response.

It has taken over a month for my order to even be shipped
When it was shipped even though i paid for premium delivery 2-3 days it has taken almost ten days to deliver
You cant get through to customer services and emails are not responded to.
I would never recommend anyone to bye from this site

"Terrible customer service and poor canvas quality"
Of the four canvases I ordered for Christmas, one was correct. When I originally contacted the company through email about the problems, they gave me a ticket and said they'd contact me within 48 hours, which they did not. Several emails later and no response, I called customer service. After a few weeks and the third person telling me they'd get right on it as it was the company's mistake, nothing has happened. Not exactly guaranteed satisfaction. I'll go elsewhere.

"AVOID PRINTERPIX"
Sadly, reporting with the BBB did not provide much assistance with my multiple issues with Printerpix. The best Printerpix was able to do was refund the $5 rush production fee a month after I was already promised that would be refunded for failure to provide what I paid for with the rush production fee, and NOT the $19.99 shipping fee as they told BBB they did. Unfortunately the case was closed with Printerpix lying about the resolution they provided, which took weeks to obtain. It may have been 8 weeks now I've been trying to get this resolved.
Please heed my advice and believe ALL the many negative reviews. Check out the BBB as well to gather more reviews from there. In the past I had no issues with orders, but the last few months I would not send anyone to do business with this company.

"Unfulfilled order"
I placed an order before Christmas for two of the same picture for a Christmas present. I received order confirmation from printerpix that I had ordered two images. When I received the shipping confirmation it stated that one image had been shipped and only one image did arrive. I contacted printerpix to request that they send my second image and included in that request I attached the proof of my order and the shipping confirmation to prove the discrepancy. I received an automatic response to say that someone would get back to me in 48 business hours. After not hearing from them over the Christmas period I contacted them again and included the discrepancy attachments. I have still not received a response from them. I find it very disappointing that a straight forward error with the evidence provided cannot be quickly rectified. I have contacted them on the 19/12/24, 12/01/25 and 17/01/25 and no action has been taken at all from printerpix
