"Really poor service"
Really poor service. Paid extra for next day delivery which didn’t turn up. Emailed the first time and someone replied and emailed twice after that asking them when it would arrive and if they would refund the delivery fee as it had not arrived when agreed. They then ignored the 2nd and 3rd email and didn’t reply at all.
It also got posted to the wring address.
They also don’t honour cashback when using top cashback. All in all a very poor service and wouldn’t use again. I would not recommend using this company.

I was getting discouraged on a project and sent it through anyway, but I decided to call for assistance. Mekail Stephen was a champion for me. He walked me through how to correct the problem and my “never again “ attitude was restored to “absolutely I’d use printerpix” again! Thank you Mekail… you saved Sammy’s ear!! 🤣

"Expiration coupon"
Le bon que j’avais en ma possession venait d’expirer d’une journée (je pensais qu’il se finissait le 31/01 alors que c’était le 31/01!). Au moment de passer la commande j’étais en panique mais au final j’ai rédigé un mail et j’ai eu une réponse très rapide, mon bon a été prolongé et j’ai pu passer la commande. Merci beaucoup pour ce service rapide et efficace!

He realizado una compra en su página web de un calendario personalizado. Al intentar realizar el pago y aceptarlo en mi banco, me sale este mensaje:
Transaction denied. Please check your card details and billing address are all correct. For further assistance, please contact Customer Support.
Con lo cual lo he intentado en 3 ocasiones más, intentando modificar los datos de envío. Y ahora me encuentro con 4 retenciones en mi banco, y sin embargo mi pedido no ha sido realizado, no tengo confirmación en vuestra web ni en mi correo electrónico. Es una estafa.

I am writing another review as i was still waiting for answers as to why i couldn't order the size i paid for, this has been since last October outrageous way to treat a customer, i said in November and December i was done and to please arrange to refund me, i have been ignored no one gets back to me probably because i now want a refund, i continued to try to order using the groupon vouchers, tried again to order the size i paid for but again the smallest they say is 20 x 30 i tree again to order this size then they sent me 12 x 12 print on canvas... this i saw this as an addittional insult to me after all this time waiting, contacted customer service again and again no reply, so i looked up the CEO to contact which is on the Printerpix website email i put everything on there and its not his email wasted my time again telling him i want an refund, i am not giving up REFUND ME..4 months waiting is UNACCEPTABLE.. Have received a reply to say someone will be in contact regarding my wait for help then to receive the wrong size, i wait in anticipation over the next day or so when i will believe it it when & if i am contacted.

If you are buying in the UK then avoid this company. Ordered a birthday photo book which was advertised as 2-4 days production. 11 workings days later still not dispatched, missed the birthday that it was for. Customer service was a waste of time, chat GPT responses and when you call them they can’t make any decisions on any compensation. Never ordering from them again. Awful experience. Overall the book took 2.5 weeks to arrive, not as the website likes you to believe when spending £75-£100.

Edit to add - It has now been six days since the company found the time to reply to my rating on this site. After promising my complaint would be addressed and customer service would reach out, this has yet to happen. Again, I would advice not to order from Printerpix
I'd ordered a custom calendar for my mum's birthday and had paid for both Lustre paper and HD printing options, twelve pound total extra. The quality of paper was something you'd expect from a Poundland quality product, paper-thin and had a scratch on the first page.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assumed it may have been a mistake on their end, and had sent an email on January 18th. After sending the photo evidence I've yet to hear back from their customer service team. Completely unprofessional, do not trust the reviews on this site, would not recommend at all.

Failed to deliver on date promised when paid extra for fast delivery. Customer service ignored complaints for weeks. Finally offered a non existent credit which could not use then a refund which did not arrive. Never again..
