"Scammers"
Scammers. I ordered 39 prints to arrive before Christmas. I received one print on the 28th December. I have chased the outstanding prints multiple times. Received a few replies saying that they'd had a technical issue and will send out the prints once resolved. I have since chased again and now they are just not replying. It's been 30 days. The prints were meant to be sent in 3. So effectively they have stolen my money. I would avoid this company. Their prices are too good to be true!
I have since claimed the money back from PayPal. Refunded straight away.
I've received a reply from printerpix saying they will get in touch with me personally to resolve this with me. It is now 3 weeks later and I have had no contact from them. This appears to be just more lies about their service!

Guaranteed delivery for Christmas & paid extra for "rush" production and delivery, only to receive package in January. Also promised partial refund and now the package has been delivered customer services are ignoring my emails. Horrendous - AVOID.

"Quality Issue with calendar, no response from support"
First time ordering from Printerpix for a multi photo calendar, the online tools were easier compared to some other companies. We were delighted to receive the new calendar about a week after - so far so good.
Unfortunately, the calendar itself had ink smudges over 2 of the calendar pages. Tried contacting via their online ticketing system and have emailed but yet to receive any response. Looking at their Facebook page, it seems that I am one of the lucky ones - others either didn't receive their order or got the wrong order.
Certainly won't be buying from them again.

I have finally received my order.
It arrived 22 days after I ordered it. It was too late for Christmas and for presents.
This did not fulfill the order terms.
I paid extra for rush delivery.
This is unacceptable and I have had no response from you to resolve this. I have emailed the customer support team 3 times, but no reply.
The rush delivery cost me £32 Please let me know how I am expected to proceed with this?

NI SE OS OCURRA PEDIR NADA. Empresa nefasta, mandan las cosas dobladas y mal empaquetadas. No responden mails . Responden por aquí pero siguen sin contestar mail, ni atender reclamaciones. La dirección que pone abajo no contestan, como tengas un problema te lo comes porque el servicio postventa no existe.

Ich habe am 6.12.24 eine Decke bestellt, habe bis heute nichts erhalten 17.1.25 totaler reinfall. Meine Emails werden auch quasi ignoriert und es kommt nichts sinnvolles bei rum. Bin echt enttäuscht, da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden sollte

Avoid this company, Ordered an A4 calender come in very bad quality eg photo quality and paper thickness the page print looks like it was used. They never respond after fews claim, I Will never use again!!!!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible service. Was told on the website guaranteed delivery for Xmas. Was told by email on Xmas eve that it won’t be delivered so I had to rush and find another service. Emailed several times to cancel and refund me before sending the item and no response. 3 weeks later it was dispatched and only today it was delivered and damaged. To this day no responses and contact. Avoid at all costs. Shocking experience and want a refund from this terrible company.
