26.01.2025 : Immer noch keine Ware. Keine hat mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen wie es versprochen wurde. Vorsicht Betrug!!!

Furious. I tried to email them and got automatic responses. Needless to say my husband didn’t get the birthday present on his birthday. I am still waiting for their response. Total con!

"I made a mistake when starting a book…"
I made a mistake when starting a book and started it as a 20 page book, when my voucher was for a 40 page book. I called and received a "ticket number" on the 11th, but by the 15th, I hadn't heard back from them.
I called again and got Mekail Stephen. He sorted the problem while I talked to him and I am once more on my way. Wonderful quick service with no more hassles.

Repito por centésima vez que realicé unos calendarios para Navidad con un pedido de 5 unidades (89.89€).
el pago dio error por 2 veces en la tarjeta de crédito y finalmente fue aceptado por Visa de débito pero me lo han cobrada 3 veces, no hubo tal error.
Contestan lamentando el incidente pero no dan ninguna solución al mismo.
No volveré a trabajar con ellos!!

Don't do it.
1. Paid for expedited delivery - item never turned-up.
2. After I reported it, they sent a different item that I had not ordered. It arrived 3 weeks after the original delivery date. (Christmas, December 24).
3. Failed to answer emails.
4. Failed to refund the expedited charge.
5. Failed to refund the original item charge.
6. Failed to resolve the issue by phone.
Appalling communication, disorganized delivery, trying to reach Customer Service was absolutely pointless. Oversea call center with pig-headed arrogant reps who refuse to take responsibility.
Bad business. Go elsewhere. Seriously.

Wir haben am 01.01.25 eine Fotodecke bestellt. Bis heute haben wir keine Info bezüglich Versand erhalten. Vor einer Woche haben wir einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet und es gab noch immer keine Rückmeldung.
Für mich ist es Betrug!

I ordered 3 items with this company in 2 separate orders, all Christmas gifts, paying the rushed delivery twice, to ensure as their website stated, the items would be delivered in time for Christmas Day. Of the 3 items only 1 arrived before Christmas, the other arriving on 30/12/24 following several emails to their "customer service" email address, and the third has yet to be received!! When the third item had not been delivered by 31/12/24 I contacted Ryan Adams at Printerpix once again, requesting a refund for the item, unless it had already been dispatched that day, and also advising Ryan that from 02/01/25 there would be no-one at my home address to receive the delivery. Having contacted the company on the morning of 02/01/25 requesting an update on either the refund or the item, and also having read some of their many negative customer reviews, I emailed Ryan yet again on the afternoon of 02/01/25 advising that if the matter was not resolved by the end of the week, I would engage the help of a consumer advice representative. Unsurprisingly, no attempt to contact myself to resolve the issue was made by the company, and so a further email was sent on 07/01/25 stating that a refund for the undelivered item was being sought, along with a 75% refund of the delivery fees, and compensation. Once again, this elicited no response from either the company, Ryan, nor Hannah,(due to the random robotic automated emails, I am unsure if Ryan or Hannah are actual humans or AI generated bots), however, in an astonishing turn of events, as I checked my personal emails at 4.30pm 2 days later on 09/01/25, I discovered an email containing a photo of what appeared to be my partial front door......with a parcel leaning against it!!! The email advised me that Evri had dutifully delivered my Printerpix parcel at 11.23 that morning......when I was actually out of the country!!! I immediately emailed Printerpix/Ryan/Hannah/AI Bots to advise that as I was not at my home address, and they had failed to inform me that the parcel was even being delivered that day so that I could try to make alternative arrangements, the parcel may either still be there upon my return, or it may be stolen (although not much use to anyone else, a random parcel left outside a door all day could well be a prospect too tempting to ignore for an opportunistic thief/children fooling around). I also advised that I would give 24 hours for the company to respond to my email, with some form of apology and admittance of inadequate customer service, carelessness, and negligence on their behalf, further stating that if no contact was made by the end of the 24 hour period, they left me no choice but to place an honest review on Trustpilot and any other review site, informing the public of the customer service and treatment to expect...... suffice to say my email undoubtedly was sent directly to trash, and no attempt to follow up this complaint has been made. As my parcel was no longer outside my front door upon my return, which was cut short the following day in an attempt to acquire the long awaited gift, I am now consulting on potential legal measures against this company. For me, it is no longer about the financial impact or burden of time to myself, but protecting others from enduring sub-standard treatment at the hands of unscrupulous profit-driven businesses who prioritise customer exploitation over maintaining integrity, fairness, and honour!!! If you take just 1 thing away from this honest review, please take heed of this warning and give this company a miss....or the next reviewer could be you.
