I have ordered from Printerpix several times in the past and been happy but I will never order from them again. I WAS PROMISED MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS AND DIDN'T GET IT! Their attitude is too bad so sad!
They have offered me $10 off my next order. Not acceptable! Now they have stopped responding to my emails- completely ghosting me! I am done with Printerpix. Don’t order from them if you want your items in a timely matter and don't believe them! They don't stand behind their guarantee!

Ho effettuato un ordine di quasi 160 stampe il 2 gennaio, mai ricevuta nessuna mail di conferma, pagamento effettuato, ma ad oggi non si sa nulla del mio ordine!!!!

Achtung!!! Ware nicht erhalten und versuchter Betrug! Am 16.12.2024 bestellt mit liefergarantie zum 23.12.2024. Bis heute nichts geliefert. Auf emails kamen nur automatisierte standardantworten. Kein anderer kontakt möglich. Nachdem ein fall bei paypal auf käuferschutz eröffnet wurde kam erst auch keine antwort. Erst ein tag vor ablauf der frist hat der verkäufer eine falsche sendungsnummer an paypal geschickt um den fall zu seinen gunsten entscheiden zu lassen. Zum glück konnte ich wiederruf einlegen obwohl der fall schon abgeschlossen war und paypal davon überzeugen, dass die sendungsnummer nicht existiert. Vorsicht!!!

Me han cobrado un pedido que ni me envían ni me devuelven el dinero.
El pedido se realizó el pasado 18 de diciembre y transcurrido casi un mes, después de decirme que han abierto un ticket, nada de nada.
Envío correos para que me informen del estado de la reclamación y no contestan.
Los únicos mensajes que contestan muy amablemente son los que escribo a esta plataforma. Responden inmediatamente, posiblemente mediante un sistema de IA, pero después de ello no hay ninguna acción concreta.
En ningún caso recomendaría compras a través de esta web.

Quise comprar una taza y al poner los datos de mi targeta me cobraron en el banco pero en la pagina web ponia que habia sido transacción denegada que pusiera los datos de nuevo para voler a cargar el dinero. Les escribi y no me han dado respuesta no lo recomiendo

Ordered a calendar that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. When a week went by and I reached out to customer service, it started taking a couple days and constant reminders to get any response. After a couple weeks of trying to email back and forth, they stopped responding all together.

"Crappy quality for a metal print "
I ordered a metal print for my son for Xmas. I sent the pic and I received my order fairly quick. But the quality of the picture was horrible and not similar to the pic I sent. Very dark and can’t distinguish between the silhouettes and the mountain. I emailed them and sent them proof. It took them a long time to reply and the first time they didn’t do anything about it. The second they told me it is exactly like the picture I sent them. She even attached the pic to the email! Comparing them side by side it’s so obvious their print isn’t even a quality print I would hang up or give as a gift. So angry that they won’t stand by their guaranteed and refund me. I want to return their crappy metal print!

Honestly maybe a little cheaper quality than I expected. Got a calender and it's flimsier than I imagined. Probably wouldn't order through them again because my order was super delayed and I wasnt getting many updates without reaching out. The website advertised items would arrive by Christmas if we ordered by 12/18. I ordered 12/5 and got it 1/10. And I paid extra for rush handling. They emailed me saying my order is delayed like 2 days before Christmas. I understand holidays are busy and stuff happens, but don't tell your customers you can fulfill their order by a certain time, let them know the last minute that you can't, and then continue to delay it another 2 weeks. At least keep them updated. I also would've appreciated getting my rush handling fee back. I followed up before it shipped and got what looked like an automated response just telling me they're working on it and it should go out soon so don't email back again because it won't be any help.

J'ai commandé deux calendriers pour offrir que j'ai payé 38 euros le 31 décembre.
Habituellement, 16 ans que je les commandé sur le site photobox et aucun problème, j'ai voulu changer je n'aurai pas du.
J'ai bien été débitée, pas de suivi, une seule réponse à mon mail automatique pour dire qu'ils sont désolés.
Pas de possibilité de les joindre par téléphone.
Je souhaite être remboursée et j'attends une réponse très rapidement!!!
