I’m over this program and their high fees. I was suppose to have graduated the program and have no more drafts, however, the last payment to the last creditor hasn’t been made, funds are there and available but it’s just sitting there, causing the drafts and fees to continue and me having to keep calling to have them refunded and have my money (overpayments) reversed back to my checking. Do yourselves a favor and skip Rockwell. These fees they charge are also ridiculous and they never call you back with updates!!!

"Helpful but...."
I wasn't very pleased with the sarcasm I received in response to my frustration about lack of communication with/ me. However he did help me push through the items I needed figured out. The following has nothing to do with whom I spoke with. This process with Rockwell, has been terrible. I would give extra money as directed but that money wouldn't go to the account it was supposed to. Many of my accounts had not been negotiated until 1.5 years after I entered the program, 3 of my accounts went into wage garnishments while my wages were cut due to the pandemic, and Rockwell did nothing to help me. I have settled 4 of the 6 accounts I entered into the program, on my own.

I don't know why every time I call with a question about my account, the rep can't answer it, and no one can get ahold of my "negotiator" so they send him a message. No one contacts me back and my question is not answered. Does my negotiator actually exist?

I had a call this morning with a very nice woman who said they are working on my Sears account. I was glad to hear that as I hadn't talked to anyone for awhile. I will be very glad to get this settled so I can have a savings account again as I don't have any extra money to put in an account. And right now the credit card company would garnish it anyway.

They do all the talking to creditors making this whole process less stressful to me. All I have to do is make my payment every month. When I call and talk to someone they are always so friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions.

This was my 3rd time calling to verify that my account has been updated as being 'graduated' or completed. Each time, I've requested something in writing to confirm this and I'm still waiting.

Have had numerous problems the last one was all your fault you all got bill from synchrony bank sent to you all for care credit bill and also jc penny for almost a year got pennys didn’t say anything to me or them and got turned into collections after I got all my stuff in full now I have a ding on my credit report tried calling you all I get is the same run around and all they say they will send a letter out that it was not in the program which all that does is cover your ass for something that you all did and I got stuck with a ding on my credit that I have fixed since I got away from you all this is bullsh!! I asked to talk to a mgr and they would not get on phone all they did was go through representative and mgr said the same thing send letter about not in program so I got FU!!ed I will be turning this into BBB cause I see where you all have a bunch bad reviews now this will be another have get day hope your business fails cause you all ruined my credit and others too because of the way you operate
