I have been a client for approximately 16 months. Paying nearly $9000 in fees so far to have them settle 1200 worth of my 35000 debt. I have payed every payment on time, and sent them every piece of paperwork I receive. Including a summons for a $6800 credit card balance. They promised it would be taken care of by their litigation department. They never represented me in court and now i have 60% of my after tax wages being garnished. I have contacted them multiple times, only to wait on hold for hours and receive false promises. My credit is ruined, most of my wages are being garnished, and now I have to declare bankruptcy, which I should have done instead of dealing with this evil company. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR LIES! Run away from this company as fast as you can! They will steal your money and ruin your credit!

I love working with Rockwell, they have helped me so much financially in the last year and a half! I was really starting to struggle paying all of my credit cards each month and I don’t think I have ever made a better decision than to have them take over and help me with my debt! I am so thankful for them. Their customer service has always been amazing too, I haven’t had any issues with them at all!

ROCKWELL LEGAL GROUP SUCKS BUTTHOLES!! It was the worst 18 months of my life!!!! Only thing accomplished with this company is the horrible Credit Score you’ll end up with. They had 18 months to settle 5 accounts. They settled with ONE!! I have been sued by the other FOUR!! My credit was fine but now it’s down the tubes!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are not up front nor honest about how the program REALLY works.
STAY AWAY!!! PLEASE!!!

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. 75% of monthly payments are administrative fees and will not be used to settle debt accounts. They collected $9,000 from me over the last year and managed to settle one $1500 account. They wasted my time and money and I'm worse off than when I started. Thanks for nothing. I submitted complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General, hoping for a full refund of the administrative fees. Any positive reviews of this company are fake. Do not believe them. Ask them for a breakdown of your payments and the numbers speak for themselves.

"Trust the Process"
This is a process! I’m 2 years into the program and I’ve been able to get 3 of 5 accounts settled so far with the 4th in current negotiation. It’s hard to let go of the control. It’s hard to see your credit score dip. But that’s not how I value myself. In two years my credit score has rebounded 125 points and I can see debt free on the horizon for the first time in my adult life. The only tip I have for this particular firm is to tap into client’s fears and concerns and anxiety in the first few months to be there as a supporting partner. This process is scary and emotional and we are humans. Once I got through that it has been smooth sailing. When I call it often takes a bit of time to get through to someone but each person I have spoken with has been responsive and helpful answering my questions or seeking solutions.

I really appreciate the care of your customer service and the recorded audio of the agreements we chose to make. I was upset about the Insufficient funds, but the eagerness of your customer services' willingness to fix the problem, calmed me down and I felt better. I am glad to have chosen Rockwell Legal Group to reduce my debt and all the customer service providers who answer my calls.
