Overall I have not had a great experience with Rockwell, but today I spoke with Priscilla. She was extremely courteous and helpful. For once someone could actually help me. All of Rockwell’s representatives should strive to be more like her. Thank you Priscilla for all of your help.

I spoke w/ Tia Wright for 35 minutes this morning and it was a very enjoyable experience, the best I've had thus far - y'all need to do whatever you can to keep her around and train others!

She was super energetic, kind, and caring in what can be a very touchy subject. I couldn't speak highly enough about her!

Thank you for being understanding when sometimes am unable to make a commitment. Customer Service never makes me feel uncomfortable when finances are short.
