"RUN RUN RUN"

After nearly 2 years in the program, very little of my debt is paid off. They made sure they retained there money and ensured my credit got even worse. Horrible company - horrible customer service. How do they sleep at night knowing they are ruining people's lives? They will say its wrong, you cant log in etc. ALL LIES - RUN! Call the companies yourself and you will be better off!!!!

"Hard to get thru to a person"

The customer service agent on the phone was helpful (once you get thru on hold for a very long time). However, once I followed his instructions to email forms and someone would get back with me within 48 hours...nothing. It's been a week...I've called three times and only ever been on hold...just can't sit on hold for 30 minutes to speak with someone.

I s/w Berriah today and she was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and listened and answered all my questions. I feel much better about my collaboration with Rockwell now and hope that I may speed through the program seamlessly as I have been for the past 20 months. Thank you

"Same things as others are saying"

Same things as others are saying. I am currently being sued. I have 20 days to respond. I called 4 times only to be told to be patient. No one calls me and each time they tell me to call back. The lady today told me this is a partnership. I said exactly, I've done my part, never missed a payment, sent you all the information on the suit and call for updates. They are not doing their part. I have 10 days left to file an answer and no one has even called me nor is anyone assigned to my case yet. I am currently looking into hiring an attorney because it doesn't appear I can count on them. I am also looking into holding them accountable legally. Do not trust that they will help you. If you end up in this situation as I and other have, I can tell you they don't seem to care at at.

Not doing what they said they would do. Didn't show up to represent us in court on our larges debt and now wife's wages are being garnished.

"Overwhelmed relocation help"

Life brings its challenges and things don’t always go as planned. I’ve done well in the past keeping up with payments and handing credit but got overwhelmed with things adding up after relocating. It seemed no matter what I did, I couldn’t get ahead without some help from a card or loan. After, I was swamped with debt and worried about keeping up with payments.

I never had been in the position in my life and I never want to be again. Rockwell helped me manage my payments to creditors and negotiated my debt professionally. Every member I ever talked with or worked with was never rude or condescending, and was willing to explain anything I needed any additional details on.

Although it would have been nice to see my debt eliminated without help from debt settlement and pursuing without a third party involved, it made the most sense to me. The fees can be a little high at some points, and waiting on a settlement can hit your credit hard but they go to bat to help reduce your accounts by often more than half. You get what you pay for, right?

Rockwell helped me, and might be able to help you as well.

"I would have rated a negative 10 if I…"

****Update***** We were just sent court papers that a judgement was made against by said creditor that Rockwell claimed to have reached a tentative deal with on our behalf. Rockwell better make this right. We have paid you close to $16,000 now. The contact we were dealing with in New York,now refuses to talk to us****I would have rated a negative 10 if I could. We contracted with Rockwell 2 years ago, and signed for 4 years to consolidate credit card debt. We were assured that they would have no trouble at all getting our accounts settled. So in 2 years, they have taken roughly $15,ooo.00 dollars in ACH payments, to date in 2 years they have only paid $2400 of the debt. Our major debtor, just sued us in court. How is that possible? We contracted with Rockwell to negotiate on our behalf. Don't worry, our lawyers are well versed in this, and we do this all the time. REALLY??? Then why are we being sued? We tried to get payout information for two years and got the runaround. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and low and behold, we have representatives reaching out quite frequently. Our so called attorney responded to the BBB complaint and said they couldn't log on, and that was the reason for the delay, that they were working on it, and to ask us to be patient. That was 2 weeks ago, still no response has been filed with the courts. We then talked to a representative, who said "Good News", we have talked with your biggest debtor and have reached a tentative deal, BUT- we need you to deposit an additional $7,000 into your account. I'm sorry, but where is the $10,ooo remaining of the funds that you have collected thus far. The representative stated , well you only have $1300 in your account..... Seriously? Then we get contacted by a rep out of New York, that states they will give us a $5000 refund, but that they would put our debtors name in the memo field and that the funds would have to go them, and that we had to agree to still be clients of Rockwell... By the way- we were told our attorney would be reaching out to us, to this day- we still have not heard from said attorney. What kind of switch, bait and thievery tactics would you like us to fall for next. We consulted with a lawyer today,and I have prepared a letter to the Arizona Attorney General. I do not appreciate being lied to, deceived and my hard earned money stolen, and I will do everything in my power to make sure Rockwell is never allowed to steal another penny from other unsuspecting consumers. I am going to post on every social media platform I can.

"I need updates"

I need updates. All I get is that they are in negotiations, and there is an attorney involved with one of the accounts that I don't hear from. I call.and get no answers. I trust you are doing what you should be doing, but my wife is thinking about pulling out if we don't get better communication.
