A mistake was made on my account which I didn't appreciate, but when I called in, the customer service agent I spoke to was very helpful and took her time to figure out what went wrong and fixed it for me, so it wouldn't happen again. I appreciate honesty and I'm glad they owned up to the mistake and made it right. That shows integrity.

Im very disappointed with Rockwell law group. My case was dropped a year later because there wasnt enough $ in it for them. I was encouraged to go to a certain chiropractor and a year later they tell me that because my injuries were minor and my car wasn't worth much they decided to drop my case. Now i owe the chiropractor whom i didn't even want to go to, $2000. There has got to be a more professional and considerate law office that will work in your best interest and not just their own.
