Julie was the most outstanding person I have ever had help me since signing up with Rockwell yesterday. She was the most thorough, efficent, courteous, helpful person
I have ever spoken to there. She went over and above ....went the extra mile...to take care of me with a highly stressful matter and made sure I was ok, being taken care of and never once lost her patience or determination to make sure my issues were COMPLETELY addressed and taken care of. I can't express enough, my appreciation and thanks for her caring enough to do everything possible to make sure a very overdue ongoing issue was fixed once and for all. We were on the call for over 2 hours and the whole time she gave 200% to take care of the situation. Rockwell is VERY lucky to have someone like her representing their company. Thank you Julie!

"I am not pleased with Rockwell and…do not recommend them."

I am not pleased with Rockwell and would not recommend them. I have agreed to a settlement in January 2019 only to find out in june 2019 someone dropped the ball & was never notified no payments were made. I have been looking told someone will call within 7 days which never happened & I call 10 days later with sorry. I received a letter from an attorney on one of my creditors and called rockwell the gal said it's just a scare tactic & send it to them & don't worry about it only to be served legal action by the sheriff's department. I again call Rockwell and send all paperwork, next I get another letter from same attorney from creditor so I call them letting them know Rockwell is handling it. Well Rockwell did not handle it & I had to go to courthouse & file necessary paperwork, so again I'm let down by Rockwell and their legal department. I've never missed a payment, they take their share but at end of contract in November 2019 I still have to pay 2 creditors out of my pocket for their poor negotiating. Think twice before going with Rockwell if you do good luck.

Horrible I have been served 3 times called them several times with no call back. Have a judgement against me now that I am paying in addition to the fees to Rockwell. I think I am going to have to claim bankruptcy

The representative gave me reassuring information and explained what is going on, to the best of her knowledge with my case. She also gave instructions on what to do with the paper work I received. My situation wasn’t resolved from this phone call, I did feel allitle more confident that things will be handled.
