Today I spoke with Gary, and he was great! I would give him a 5. However since I'm being asked to rate Rockwell overall I give them a 1.5. The customer service has been horrible for the most part, I've been blown off for several months regarding questions and concerns and kept getting generic responses. The hold time to get through is atrocious. But they dont stop paying themselves. I'm trying to figure out how to go forward and have been asking certain questions for several months and now they just want to keep my money even with the horrible customer service. Please do not use them.

I signed contract for 640x 36 months. When program ended I was supposed to pay total of about $23,000. They encouraged me to increase my payment so they could have more money to negotiate with my creditors n finish the program faster. I increase my payments to $940 monthly. Expecting to finish before3 years. Nearly 2 years into the program I realized I would be paying more that the $23thousand. They said I had to keep paying because all my creditors still weren't paid off and that amount is only an estimate. I calculated staying with them would cost me around $34,000 which is more than my original debt of 31,000ish. I had to take out a home equity loan so I could pay off my creditors. Get rid of this company. So when all is said and done I would not save as much but at least I didn't pay more than I owe. Staying with Rockwell was stressful, I felt taken advantage of, swindled, cheated. They charge a lot of interest 16%and additional fees takes up half of your money. Best thing try to settled your own account, talk to your creditors. They will work with you.

I'm incredibly upset and frustrated reading all of these comments. I've had the same experience most of these reviewers have had. Don't be fooled by the one line comments and 5 star reviews. Companies like these are classic for paying someone to add reviews on sites like these. No context means it's likely a fake review.

I TOO have gotten ripped off by Rockwell Legal Group. If you are doing your due diligence and making a determination on whether or not Rockwell is a reputable service that will help you, the answer is NO. In fact, HELL NO. This is a COMPLETE scam.

I've been paying $1000/month for over a year now. Less than $250 of that is being reserved to settle on my accounts. I've now been served TWICE. Once just yesterday by a creditor they knew was most important to tackle ASAP. With the first creditor who served me, I ended up having to deal with that matter entirely by myself (debt settlement, payments, and court) although I paid Rockwell over a year to do what they promised including represent me...IN COURT! Never happened! Months after the ordeal with that creditor, they STILL were charging me for the account that I had to take over on my own. SCAM.....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Do NOT give them your money. I will be filing a claim with The Better Business Bureau immediately after I submit this review.

Rockwell really dropped the ball for me. I have been paying a substantial monthly fee for over a year now, and recently received a warrant/court summons from one of my debt collectors that was supposed to be included in my consolidation. I faxed the information immediately, and somehow it was overlooked, I could not reach ANYONE until 2 days prior to my court case. Therefore I was forced to take ANOTHER day off of work, lose pay, and appear in court by myself.
I am very disappointed and extremely irritated at this point.

"Reply to Rockwell legal, Attention Rockwell you had 10 1/2 months to reply to us! Now that you forced us in to bankruptcy you want someone to contact us from your scam of a company!"

Total scam! We went with Rockwell legal to stay out of bankruptcy only to get different attorneys to help us get out of the mess they put us in. We filed complaint with Better Business Bureau and our attorney told us this type of practice of debit relief was against the law, they pass a law banning this type of business, so before you use them check out all of your options and do not use this company!
In order to do business like this you actually have to have lawyers, when we asked who the lawyers were with Rockwell Legal, we never got a straight answer. Ten months later we still don’t know what lawyers were going to represent us in a judgement, they forced us into Bankruptcy . Scam,Scam, please do not waste your time with this company. As I said if you want to contact us call our attorney Morgan and Morgan! I will share our horrible experience with everyone I possibly can so they do not go through the pain and suffering we have had to go through.

"Total scam"

Total scam. They get you all happy about their service, thinking phew finally I can get rid of some of the debt and move on and create a better life for myself. Yeah sure, that sounds all good until you get served by a sheriff and they act like nothing ever happened. I submitted multiple letters from creditors continuously, and from the one who I was served by. Then they send that blanket email, give us 48 to 72 business hours. 2 weeks ago. 48 business hours = 6 days, 2 weeks = 10 business days. Who even does that type of math, 48 business hours. So out of my 11 or so creditors 1 single one was settled. The others continue to wait and send letters that obviously Rockwell could care less about. I pay $1600 a month, and $1100 goes to their fees, how can you pay off creditors when your only paying $500 in to a mystery account? Impossible, worst scam in the history of credit scams, this place needs to be closed and all its customers refunded. Don't believe the hype folks.

Oh and a side note, watch the copy paste our customers blah blah blah they paste to this review, not an actual human response.

Received a phone call on 7/31/2019 from a person whom I cant even say her name and she told me 3 times. Possibly outsourced. So she calls and says we would like to discuss your account. I explained and she said ok I will have someone from CS call you, customer service. 24 hours, no calls. Am I expecting a call, nope. The only thing she cared about was attempting to close out the case I opened with the Better Business Bureau, they have to communicate with the person who opens a claim or they get a low score rating. So she checked off the box that yes I communicated and now they will not care again. Closing the account, once I confirm how much money I get back out of the $16,000 they have received. I also got a note on this trustpilot from them, oh please let us know your info so we can help, pfft yeah ok they just want me to delete the truth. Look up Rockwell Legal scams on FB. Add your stories.

"I am frustrated at the lack of communication and follow through"

I am frustrated at the lack of proactive communication and follow through. Once again, I have received information instructing me to appear in court concerning one of my debtors. I reached out to Rockwell well in advance of the appearance date expecting you to handle this since I am a paying customer. There was a message forwarded to me stating that my account had been referred to a local attorney who should contact me in 5 business days and in the meantime, Rockwell continues to work with the creditor towards a settlement. You can imagine my surprise, when I called this morning to find out there is no one scheduled to appear on my behalf and I am at work and unable to attend. So I run the risk of having my wages garnished as well as lien placed on my home. You front line representatives have been as helpful as possible, but there are limitations to what they can do. This appears to be systemic and more reactive than proactive. For example, I wasn't aware that since Sears filed bankruptcy, has gotten more aggressive with their collection activities. As a customer who has Sears as a creditor, that would be helpful information. I just find the entire experience with Rockwell to be lacking in all areas except when it comes to monthly collection of my monies. I have no trust in your company to do anything except continuing to take my money. I don't even have faith that someone will read this who is in a position to make needed changes. Just overall disappointed and frustrated with your company and the service you provide.
