Have called several times about this account over the last couple of weeks and have been told that someone would get in contact with me, but no one has. It's been several weeks.
There's a court Date for 7/26/19 I would like to know what is going on.

We started this program thinking we would be ok and It would help take the burden off of us. The program was presented to us as a God send. Now we are being asked to pay more than what we were originally paying our bills for and now could be facing bankruptcy. This has become a nightmare we can't wake up from....

I am not happy about the process of assisting me with my credit card debt but I am dealing with it for now. Very unhappy that it goes to civil court before negotiations are made to settle the debt

To start i didnt call an attorney with the group called me. Over two months ago an attorney from the group called told me that an agreement had been arranged with American Express called Rockwell for monthly check in following month, they knew nothing about this agreement. Rep gave me the attorneys name and phone number for me to call and see what was going on. Called it was a wrong number. Call Rockwell back the rep couldn't get a hold of her. Said that they would contact her evidently they didnt, noone seems to know anything about this arrangement.

I have had great experiences with Rockwell legal group. Every time I had called with a concern I have gotten great assistance from the staff and my concerns resolved while on the phone. Thanks Rockwell Legal Group for doing a great job for me.

"It cannot be any more stressful and…"

It cannot be any more stressful and disheartening when you are faced with overwhelming debt sometimes in life, there is nothing that feels good about overcommitting because life happens and you do you best to try to smooth over the times of lack. When making the decision to restructure I do believe we went with the best company, who makes the best out of an unpleasant situation. The credit takes a hit, but it was taking a hit anyway due to missed payment and rising debt. Bankruptcy is always an option, but negotiating with your creditors and paying off the debt over four years is another option! Bankruptcy has its upsides in that the debt get thrown out completely (most times) but it follows you around much longer. Working with Rockwell has been nothing but pleasant, their team of professionals are friendly and do great work! It feels nice to hire people to help you make a come back to financial health!
