I have called 4 times To someone.I was transferred back into the que two different times because the young lady stated she did not have access to help me. The call was taken again by her after waiting in the que and she transferred me back which put me farther behind in line. I understand the system upgrades but i have also tried twice to request a call-back but have yet to get one. This is urgent that i speak to someone.

The process of starting the program was easy but hard mentally. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but as we are coming to the end of the program it is much more easy. We didn’t always get clear answers from the agents but today when we spoke to Chris he was more informative then all the rest. Give this man an A++

I spoke with a Rockwell Legal Group consultant about what I could budget for monthly. The monthly payment was set. I sacrificed for three years and I'm feeling very excited that my sacrifice and financial discipline aided by Rockwell is about to make my dreams come true. Financial freedom and being debt free is and always will be a dream of mine... Thanks you Rockwell for helping me achieve my goals!!!

"The agent I spoke with today was very professional"

The agent I spoke with today was very helpful. I am a call center Supervisor and I would hire this gentleman for his customer service skills alone. He was professional, articulate and kept what could have been a bad situation calm. I feel that he addressed the issue at hand in a way that the previous agents could not or would not do. He looked at the account and found the issue. I am hoping that this will finally resolve the my overall problem.
