"Item not received"
Item not received. Zero communication or updates from the courier about when it would be. No calling card left. Only found out days later from the seller's website that it had been "delivered" after one "delivery attempt". Well, no item is with me. No courier has visited the address in the last week. Goodness knows where the item was supposedly delivered to.
UPDATE: Thank you for responding. I've taken it up with the sender (an online vendor), as it is ultimately their responsibility to ensure safe receipt of goods to the customer. Presumably, they have contacted you already.

"Absolutely terrible"
Absolutely terrible, is this a real company? I've been waiting for a package that supposedly they attempted to deliver twice, but I've been home the entire time. No one came by, no one left a note, and good luck getting a hold of anyone to call them out on their lies. Every phone number associated with Whistl either rings endlessly or goes straight to voicemail. What a waste of time. I hope this seller never uses them again.

"Really really poor service"
Really really poor service- we ordered a special live plant - checked the website saying it’s been picked up. A week later we contacted them (a feat in itself) they can’t find it, can’t do anything about it and don’t seem to care.
A not so caring customer focused company- we send a lot by couriers - guess who we will never use!

No information about where my parcel is currently. No one to contact to find out where it is and when i will get it. its definitely is a dodgy set up the way this company operates. dot use businesses that use this delivery service.

Further to my review of 3 days ago, I received a reply requesting the tracking number. No email address to send it to??? No phone number???
So, if anyone out there at Hermes/Whistl is interested, my tracking number was 1825676148979928.
I'm expecting another parcel of plants, not holding my breath as to if they'll be any good. I may find them on my doorstep too!!!

"Unhelpful and unreliable"
Generally, items take an incredibly long time to arrive through them. On one occasion, the item was marked as out for delivery for weeks before I finally contacted them. They told me the tracking number was invalid (even though I was looking at the tracking information it gave me on the screen while talking to them!) and I had to contact the seller. Then the tracking mysteriously changed to say it had been delivered which it hadn't. Nor had it been left with a neighbour. In the end, I had to work with the company I ordered from to arrange a refund. Whistl were unhelpful throughout.

"Item left in public view"
Item was delivered when I was out. The parcel was left on the front doorstep on a main road in full view of anyone passing by. There are two prominent notices on the front door requesting callers use the rear entrance which is out of view of the road. Just as well the item was not very valuable!

Do not use this company, shocking service. Almost sent us under with their shoddy service. Now chasing 5k for a service they didn't give us theatening to take us to court.

"Livraison Whistl d’une commande…"
Livraison Whistl d’une commande effectuée sur Showroomprive.com, c’était une paire de lunettes Rayban d’une valeur de +/-100€ : le livreur m’appelle pour dire qu’il est là. Je lui dit que je descends, il me répond qu’il allait laisser un avis de passage dans ma boîte aux lettres. Je lui dis poliment de m’attendre car j’arrivais. Je me hâte pour ne pas le faire attendre, j’arrive au niveau des boites aux lettres de mon immeuble, je vois un colis posé au milieu de l’entrée, pas de livreur dans les parages.
Non seulement leur outil pour le tracking est ridicule : mal fait, ok. Mais le livreur qui laisse un colis de valeur dans l’entrée, à la portée de tous, est juste inacceptable !
Non seulement Whistl est à blâmer mais Showroomprive.com également, de leur confier les colis ! D’autant plus qu’avec un problème sur une commande Showroom, la réclamation va être une galère sans nom !
