Ordered a lot of plug plants from Thomson and Morgan and it takes ages before they are delivered. One order never arrived at all and most of the others received recently are either dead or wilted and almost impossible to revive

"What really happened to my parcel?"
Informed that my parcel had left their depot 8 miles away. Then informed it had been delivered to my porch. Each time I contacted their online chat to say it hadn't been delivered, they apologised and asked me to hold for 2 mins. Each time, they came back saying there was nothing they could do and I should contact sender. How about question the driver?

Tracking record showed 'Delivered - signed for'. Absolutely untrue as I've been unable to leave the house for two months & it's usual practice to leave a note if there was no answer, saying what you did with the parcel.
The tracking record has no statement of where the parcel was destined for - astonishing.
These people give me a bad feeling. Is it allowable, on a public site, to suggest possible dishonesty?

Awful service, absolutely appalling.....no customer service for those awaiting delivery, only for sender....if you want to lose your customers, send items via Whistl !

Waited in all day for my delivery after the alert to say it was out for delivery today. 7pm on the evening I get a message say delivered to Northampton service station. The worst delivery company period
I would reccomend never ever using this company!

If your online purchase is being delivered by Whistl you can probably whistle goodbye to it. My recent one says "delivered" but to where ???

If you have anything time sensitive to send, avoid Whistl at all costs. The promised delivery time is wholly not accurate. I was looking for a convenient, efficient service for sending small parcels and large letter items and I thought Whistl could provide this within the delivery time I state for my customers.
However, 1 order of over 50 items was so delayed I've had to send out a load of replacement items to customers who, quite rightly, didn't want to wait over 2 weeks for their order to arrive.
Added to that, a surcharge for £17 for not declaring the right amount in the boxes? I counted 3 times, my partner also counted and there were no incorrect amounts. This is a cash cow for Whistl because what else can you do but pay the surcharge?
Absolutely awful service, will never, ever use them again. Back to Royal Mail for me.

Was in all day to wake up the next day to undelivered package!!!!!
I have been in all day waiting for things to arrive and no sign of delivery!!
No way of finding out where my parcel is whether they will try again or how to contact them, just says contact the seller! This is appalling it’s not the senders fault you can’t deliver parcels properly!
