"No update in weeks"
Ordered a package weeks ago was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago and no sign, It is supposed to be a gift for somebodys birthday which is in 3 days from now and have had no updates on the tracking of my order in over 2 weeks.. Disgraceful.
EDIT: Whistl have replied to my review "So sorry for inconvenience we will be sending you a message directly to help you find your package".. I ALREADY contacted Whistl DIRECTLY to find out what was going on with my package.. I was emailed back and completely fobbed off.

Tracking dosen’t work, been waiting at least 4 days for my parcel nothing has come. Not sure where my parcel is? And why it hasn’t been delievered yet. Emailed them asking about my parcel still no response.. Such a bad company.

Ordered item ,no tracking updates for 4 days ,shocking service , if i had known it was whistl delivery i would not have ordered ,where is my item , all other deliveries have arrived on time so no excuses for shoddy service

I ordered some plants from Thompson & Morgan some weeks ago and they were going to come as and when they were ready to plant. I received a message from Hermes to say they were going to deliver a parcel between 5.pm and 9.pm giving no indication of what the parcel was or where it was coming from. Nothing arrived on the date and time stated so I went onto to Hermes site checked the tracking number and found that they had received this parcel from Whistl. I managed to contact Whistl ( find that I cannot do so now).They were very helpful and said they had received the parcel from Thompson & Morgan, now at least I knew what the parcel was. However, for some reason known only to Whistl they have published my phone number on their website and I am getting irate customers phoning me to complain about non delivery of their goods. I cannot make contact Whistl in any way to ask them to remove my number and am tired of answering my phone for people wanting Whistl HELP!!!

"The same poor experience as others."
I have the same experience as others. I have a tracking reference for a parcel ordered via Amazon, which the senders insist had been collected by Whistl. I had no problem getting onto Whistl's online chat, but they deny that they have received the parcel.

"Blind HGV drivers"
Every evening several Whistl HGV travel along Winwick Lane in Lowton A579 WA3 1LS toward the M6 motorway. Each driver fails to read any of the four separate 7.5 tonne weight limit signs prior to entering the lane. Hideous

"Apparently the UK's leading deliver management company..."
Pretty poor really. Item was apparently with them on the 20th, with an etd of 24th, still waiting on the 28th.
Their tracking service showed it was in transit.
I could have walked the 43 miles to go and pick it up faster than whistl can deliver it.
I understand the covid-19 virus is affecting deliveries but all other courier services I've used during this time have delivered on time.
From the UK's leading delivery management company, after this experience I don't think I'd risk using them.
The lack of ability to contact them as a recipient is quite disappointing.

Terrible company. Package shipped 22nd April, no updates on tracking & no way to contact directly.
Contacted seller on Amazon who have confirmed package Has been dispatched.

"Poor Customer Service & Tracking"
a parcel sent sent to them last Monday 20th is still in transit to them after 8 days. Tried to contact 'customer services' via webchat and was told they dont speak to people expecting parcels only the senders !!!! absolute joke. have never heard of the company before and guess must be some cheap outfit given proper couriers such as Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD and parcelforce are delivering daily and offer proper tracking systems. seems i am not alone given other recent reviews as well.

"I’m very disappointed in this company"
I’m very disappointed in this company. After many ‘delivery attempts’ I received an update saying that my package was ‘delivered’ only nobody rang the bell or handed over a package. I’ve got no way of getting in touch. The e-mails I received have no contact number or e-mail for customer service. I just want to know where my package is!
