"I had an issue with my motor wheel"

I had an issue with my motor wheel, I quickly found out in the website that all products come with a 2 year warranty. It was very easy for me to contact GoTrax via email. They are quick to respond and within a few hours, they were shipping my parts I needed to me for FREE(under the warranty).

"I had an issue and got Excellent help "

I had an issue with my sons rival scooter and contacted Customer service and they helped me within 2 to 3 emails back-and-forth. Use my warranty to issue me a new part for the scooter and I couldn’t be more happy.

"Great value, nice bike"

We love our GoTrax bikes! We did have a little bit of a glitch with one of our bikes, and I was able to speak with a very helpful gentleman named David who promptly and kindly got me the help I needed. We love that these bikes are able to fold and be put into our car. They are pretty low profile and not so tall and big. The price point is awesome for what you get! Overall, has been a great experience so far!

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service, no Canadian phone number, email take days days to get a response, purchased two hoverboards for my kids for Christmas. After several email they tell the control panel is gone buy a new one! That’s it!! The warranty is up because I purchased them In late October for Christmas. $300 piece of junk, Company is a scam

"This company is amazing"

This company is amazing! I got my son his bike for Christmas and it has exceeded his expectations! We had one little issue with his charger and the company couldn’t have handled it better. The response was quick and they resolved the issue perfectly! The people there are kind and easy to work with! Will definitely be purchasing from them again when my youngest is ready!

"GOTRAX Customer Service is AWFUL. Buy elsewhere , be warned."

Let's see. You drop 1K on a scooter. Its electronics I understand how that works and things need to get fixed. No issue there. 7 months into my son having the scooter at college he gets a code E0 and it won't move. Looking online one can see it's the controller that needs to be replaced. Open a ticket with GOTRAX and just about two weeks into it no call back, ticket has not been picked up. They only work off of email. When you call "customer service" they can only email the repair team. So no calls directly. If you follow the directions on their website they tell you to email. I did that and get the canned response that someone will contact you in 72 hours. Well...that came and went and nothing. I call again hoping to escalate but nothing there either. Supposedly this is an American based repair shop so one would expect some sort of customer service. If I could have given them a negative rating I would. I will definetely file a complaint with the BBB to add to the mulitudes of complaints they already have. They should not be in business with this type of service.

had 2 issues with their product they were quick on response and sent me a new one. the gx3 is great and use it 2 day's a week to commute to work. have had no issues yet.

" Flex scooters, great if you like no power"

Purchased 2 of the Flex scooters. On flat streets they are OK. Any incline and they are weak, you will be walking. 350 watts, I don't think so. I own 2 Heybikes that are 350 watt, so much more power. If you want to return them, it will cost you a lot. I suggest avoiding the Flex scooter
