"Hoverboard Christmas Present"
I purchased a Hoverboard for Christmas but unfortunately the functionality stopped on one side. I did purchase insurance for peace of mind and glad I did. I contacted GOTRAX customer service, and they were awesome. I appreciate all the help. Did not get the same color but received a new hoverboard. I now have a happy granddaughter. My daughter even bought another one for her son. Thank you GOTRAX

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I ordered my scooter 10 days ago and it still hasn’t even shipped and I have contacted them 3 times in 4 days and my scooter still hasn’t shipped and each time they tell me they are talking to the shipping staff to get it shipped asap.

"Gotrax F2 Electrical Bike Smooth Ride"
Order 309259 of the F2 Electric Bike. The Bike looks awesome, it can go pretty fast and has a nice smooth drive. I give special Kuddos to the Customer Service Team specially to David for helping us with an issue and delivering a solution even more than expected. The Bike comes with a really nice accesories bag which makes it an even more special bike. The Gotrax Logo looks very cool on white bike.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I ordered and paid for a scooter fender in early December. When it hadn't arrived in January, I contacted Gotrax. They said they would ship it. It never shipped. I called the customer service number, supposedly in Dallas but on MST they updated the records and I got an email at 2am saying they would take the part off a scooter in stock and ship it. that was 1/19. I got a tracking number but as of today 1/25 the part still has not shipped!
Now i'm told I must contact the Warranty Department by email only.
THIS IS NOT A US BASED COMPANY AND AFTER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Item ordered weeks ago and never shipped. I emailed several times asking for a refund but they keep sending me generic email templates that they would look into it. I requested a refund 3 times but nothing yet. I guess I would do a credit card dispute.. smh

Edit: in response to their reply... the number you provide is the main number, which again tells me to email the "warranty team" you are a joke!!! More than ever I'd recommend NOT purchasing from GoTrax!!!
BUYER BEWARE. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. You get one email back and forth each day. It takes WEEKS to get a resolution. Then when we received our replacement it was also broken. Definitely a repackage because there was a bandaid wrapper in the box. This company is a complete joke.

Some how my order came mis painted? if thats even a word. Rear rack was painted all white instead of black. Literally whole entire bike is white when no one else has this issue

What made my experience great was my scooter came fast everything was in the box nothing was missing the delivery was awesome no damages when it arrived. The company did an awesome job I’m a buyer from Tennessee and let me say I love my scooter it gets me every where I need to go even to work and back. Great job Gotrax‼️

"Not a great experience"
My husband ordered me the bike a month before Christmas. It arrived with a completely flat tire that wouldn't hold air and scratches/dents in the paint all over the bike. CS said that was due to shipping, but it was under where the foam was, so that was not possible. The entire process of getting a replacement took so long that by the time they got back to me, they were out of stock of the bike we ordered. I suppose that was a blessing after reading other reviews. They said the refund had been processed; however, it took nearly two weeks and several emails and phone calls later, even though that said it would only take five days.
