"Horrible customer service mybpackage…"

Horrible customer service mybpackage said delivered on Wednesday and when i reached out to tell them it didnt they said it was signed for and i asked who signed for it they said this in an email “Please note that it is your responsibility as a customer to receive your items, have your order shipped to the address you provide, and have tracking information sent to you via email. It is your responsibility to receive your shipment at home and monitor the tracking information.” How is it my responsibility to receive it???!!! Ups has no clue who signed for it and i had to go knock and all my neighbors no one saw anything!!! I finally found it full of water even though there was no rain and the box looks like its been in hell and come back! I expect someone to reach out before i report this to the Bbb!! Worst company ever

"Don’t waste your money on this brand"

I bought a new scooter for my older boy to ride to school, had a failure after 2 days of using, I know failures can occur. And I’m okay with it. However once I tried to establish contact, the customer service is so unresponsive, every communication takes 72 hours to get any response, now they offer a new one, once I send this failed unit. So will take about two weeks I assume to get a new unit, now they have the money on their side. They want me to send the failed and then they’ll send out the new unit.

"Nice and sturdy ride"

Nice and sturdy ride! I'm 217 pounds and it does the top speed of 20mph with no problem :) Battery/motor is strong. My only issue, after one week riding, is that the rear axel hub makes a persistent squeaking sound and I have no idea why! Overall, nice scooter and a joy to ride :)

"My worst experience till today…bad tech support"

My worst experience till today…The scooter broke within 20 days and since then it’s lying at home because of error 25E. It’s only emails floating back and forth. The tech support in a different time zone so it’s really difficult. The scooter really helped initially cutting down my 42 mins walk to my workplace from the train station to 12 mins but now I have to walk again for 42 mins. Eventually, I have to buy a car as this problem is still not being solved. I wouldn’t recommend anyone Gotrax!

My scooter has literally changed my life!!!! I have cut my 20 minute walking commute into a 7 minute ride and I am now able to ride and get lunch without spending my whole lunch break walking to get food and l actually have time to get it and enjoy it. Thanks gotrax!!!
