A part in the bike is defective and the shearing wheel does not turn the tire. After sending a video and several emails they sent me a new part and it’s not the part that’s causing the issue. The company takes days to respond and couldn’t even overnight the part to me so my kid could have it for Christmas morning. Last go trax I’m buying

"Horrible customer service"

Sadly we have had a horrible experience. We ordered on Dec 14, 2022 because the website said it would arrive by Christmas. Dec 21 there was still no tracking information. When I contacted customer service I was told that 3 of the scooters would be delivered for Christmas, although one was the wrong color and one wouldn’t make it. So our “Santa” present for our 4 little ones didn’t happen. I was told to just go to Walmart and buy new ones and reject the one that still hadn’t arrived yet. We had to borrow the money to purchase the ones we did buy so obviously we don’t have funds to go to Walmart and buy new ones, much less anything else for Christmas! The person with “customer service” wrote email responses that barely made sense due to a obvious lack of comprehension of the English language but said she would give us 10% off our next purchase with the company. Which honestly, was so insulting when they can’t even help me provide Christmas for my kids, on time. The “magic” of Santa died at our house due to this mishap. All I wanted was 4 scooters, 1 green, 1 blue, 1 grey and 1 pink for Dec 25 morning and we didn’t have that. All I got was the run around and a bunch of excuses and the feeling that this company could care less. There’s so much more to this story to make people understand why this was such a bad experience with Gotrax but just know (not like they care) I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Shipping was fast and just in time for Christmas. My kids love their scooters! My son hates waiting on them to charge. lol

"Great Support"

My son received a scooter as a gift for his birthday in less than a month the scooter quit working and we contacted gotrax for help. They responded very quickly. It took us a little time trouble shooting and ultimately we returned the unit we had and they sent a new replacement at no cost to us. All communication was timely and very positive. It's great to have a company that is supportive and stands behind the product they sale. We will buy gotrax products again in the future because we now know even if there is an issue we will have support with it. So far everything is good with new scooter and son loves it.

"Poor quality and poor service"

The scooter stopped working within 2 weeks. Support was by email with a slow response. The company offered to send a new console that was back ordered and had no ETA. They refused an exchange. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card before getting a refund.
