"I only had the scooter for a a day"

I only had the scooter for a a day. And the tired popped, the I contacted them and they made me take videos of tires being inflated, sooni fixed it with my own money , then inside it again . And now the front tire went out. And the battery isn't charging right. It won't get to a full charge. I believe you have a good product. I just. Don't believe in have the privilege to experience that. I hope gotrax can fix this

I finally took my Endura electric bike to a bike shop and rode it to Walmart for the first time today.
It was great 👍 the ride was marvelous, as a senior I couldn't believe the ease it took to operate, my daughter is so impressed she's thinking of buying one

The scooter did not come in a perfect state. The brakes don’t work well and the battery doesn’t last what the box says.

I had a hoverboard fir 2weeks and it stopped working. It was purchased from the gotrax website. When I contacted customer support I was told they had no record of my purchase and couldn’t help me. I had my attorney contract gotrax and suddenly they were locate my records. A return was authorized and a replacement hoverboard was sent.

With the broken english in the responses from gotrax it is obvious they are not US based and unreliable.

"GO Trax Fender Safety Hazard."

The fender came off of the back tire of his scooter, 6 months after the allotted warranty was up. My Child fell off his GO Trax scooter when the fender broke off. This is a very unsafe hazard & should be replaced by GO TRAX. However, Kyle solow told me that the warranty is up and that he will not replace the scooter even though it fell apart while it was being ridden. It is a Safety Hazard for children to be riding a Scooter that falls apart.

Winning is relative. But winning a scooter? In disbelief still. Thanks again Go Trax. Easy and quick to put the handle bars on. An overall amazing commuting scooter. It rides smooth. Even with the bumps around Cleveland . Will continue to support Go Trax tell people about them and, enter giveaways until I can possibly win my beautiful girlfriend and her son one for themselves. "A couple weeks after Christmas my…"

A couple weeks after Christmas my daughter had an issue with her hoverboard. I emailed the company to see if I could simply buy a replacement part. The cover came off the wheel. They sent me a label and I returned it for a brand-new board. My daughter was the one that broke the cover and even though I only wanted a replacement part, they replaced the whole board. Were quick, efficient, professional and really, the best customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great team! kept in constant contact with me and emailed me back very quickly on any questions I had.

"Awful Customer Support"

Poor customer support. I’ve been emailing and calling and haven’t been able to get a straight answer as to why my order hasn’t shipped ( after 9 business days and counting) or even an estimate of WHEN it will ship. Just excuses and vague answers. Phone support just told me they would escalate it and then hung up on me.

If you’re thinking about getting this scooter do yourself a favor and buy it. I’m 5-11, 230 lbs and this scooter can handle my weight and goes fast too. Going up hills isn’t an issue either, still lots of power for someone my size. The motor is powerful, the scooter looks good, would definitely recommend buying. The blue LED lights add a nice touch to it too. Overall, this scooter is solid and I would recommend it, especially if you’re a bigger person like me. Pay the extra money and get it, it’s worth it compared to the other smaller ones.
