"Ordered G3 plus to replace 3k mile GXL v2!"

Purchased a Gotrax G3 Plus to replace a Gotrax GXL v2 which had approximately 3000 miles on it after 2 and a half years of daily commuting. The GXL v2 is not dead, but battery range has gotten very short recently.
If this G3 Plus lasts as long as this GXL v2 does, I will be super happy and impressed.

Very sadly my scooter had problems since day 1, im currently waiting for customer support to help me with my case. I haven't being able to ride my scooter for more than 5 min since I purchased it. Its has been a very frustrating experience I'm hoping this can change with a new one or they can find a way to troubleshoot the problems.

Once you open the box, your mouth drops in a surprise of an awesome looking scooter that is durable and strong. GoTRax has great features. Size is perfect for any adult, maybe even two adults. The speed is best in its class of scooter. I have shopped around and personally own 2 other brand name scooters and my GOtrax is the fastest in its class.

The ordering process was easy and the scooter arrived within the estimated delivery time frame. My son was pleasantly surprised to realization that this scooter reaches 25 mph even though it’s maximum mph was advertised at 15.5 mph. The scoter was packaged in a box that protected it during the shipping process. The holiday discount was appreciated as well.

"Zero for Three"

I bought 3 of the Vibe scooters and went 0-3. The "red" scooter is more pink than red. It's not a boys color. The other 2 scooters, the batteries would not charge. The company offered to send new batteries, but I had serious concerns about overall quality so I sent all 3 scooters back.

"Did not receive the scooter!"

Did not receive the scooter. It is 2 weeks overdue. Talked to gotrax and FedEx and the issue is not settled. So disappointed in both sides. My child did not get her main gift for Christmas and I don’t jknow what to do next.

Ordering was easy, the product was shipped quickly, arrived in excellent condition, and was easy to assemble. It was great the battery arrived fully charged so I did not have to wait to start riding it. I did not have need to communicate with customer service, so I cannot comment on Go Trax support services.

The package was delivered in a timely fashion. Easy to put together as it was just a few extra pieces that had to be added. Sturdy. My son loves it and can't wait 'til we have nicer weather
