"Avoid bumps!!!"

Avoid bumps!!!! These scooters are not designed to ride over the bumps or u will fall just like me!!! Also when u use the brake, first it goes forward even faster and then stops and it gives squeaky sound. Other than that it goes quite well on a flat smooth surface

My order was placed in January and the item was never received. I sent the company an email in February and was assured the item would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. In June, they canceled my order without notice or a refund. In September, I sent them another email asking for a refund since the item was never received. They refused because it had now been too long. They agreed to send the item that was ordered. One month later and I still had not received the item. Once I again, I sent another email but was not so nice this time. After this final email, I finally had the item within 5 days. BUT it should not have taken a nasty email for them to send the item I ordered back in January. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

"Love the battery life"

I've had my gotrax v2 for a week now and I use it everyday to school. I live 1.5 miles away from campus and I have had no issues with the scooter. I love how I do not have to charge it as often or be paranoid and bring the charger with me. It has a long battery life and can pick up speed very quickly. I was worried about braking from 15.5 to a complete stop in case of emergency but the brakes work really well. I especially love the two different speed settings. I can use setting 1 for on campus to get from building to building without worrying about running someone over and then I can use setting 2 to go on the bike lane.

The company canceled my order twice without finding a solution or helping me with my concerns. I've been waiting for two weeks for my order and their solution is to cancel the order. I spoke with a customer service agent, Mary, and she was not helping at all. I'm never ordering from this company again, so messy.

I order a scooter on gotrax.com and it came dead on delivery. I have called and email customer service. No help at all.. they have F on BBB web site.
so now I am out my money and I have a broken scooter. my advice STAY AWAY do not buy anything from them.

The GOTRAX Apex scooter is fantastic for it's cost, with a 15 mile range at 15 mph all of the places I need to go are now within reach, it takes me about half an hour to travel to work and I only lose one bar of battery on the trip, it's easy to control and is easy to stop if you get stuck in cruise control and need to stop on the dime, the only issue I've had with this scooter is when it came the brake line was a little too tight so I had to loosen the screw hoping it in place and tighten it properly, I did not receive a tool to do this luckily I had one but that's not a big concern as I'm sure this isn't something that happens often.
