bad experience they sent me a G4 scooter with a punctured tire with the broken bolt of the motor wheel and by the way they made me send the bad motor wheel to tell me that they would send me the same one. then send me a new one

"Ordered one for my sons birthday"

Ordered one for my sons birthday.
Its been a month hasnt come. We had to ask for a refund as there is no estimated time of delivery.
Very disappointing.

It seems a lot of people had trouble with the same part I did (error 23) which it wouldn’t be too hard to change for a new part but the part took a very long time to get. I like the scooter and it is fun to ride but it didn’t take very long to break down and way to long to replace the part

"Do not buy these scooters"

The worst customer service on the planet. If you are thinking about buying and the warrantee sways you don’t do it. I bought a G4 it arrived with a flat tire (inner tube) and and issue where the console would not switch and stay in KPH. So took 15 emails to China (not being sarcastic you will only receive emails between 10pm and 5 am MST) FINALLY I though I was getting my parts. Stuff arrives and it’s the 8” Inner tube and the console is scrap makes electrical sounds the display doesn’t work it’s junk. So this required ONLY 26 more email (that’s 41 emails so far) for them to understand they sent the wrong inner tube and the console was junk. So another couple weeks inner tube shows so I can finally use the thing, but the console is still shotty same issue as the first replacement part. So I email again another 10 (51 emails now) and this time they say sent it back and they will replace it. BUT WAIT! I sent it back and they tell me that it is out of stock and force a REFUND ON Me! So I’m like whiskey tango foxtrot, I go look and website says it’s in stock BUT WAIT! It’s 40$ more now…

So long story short if your lucky enough to get a working scooter count your blessings. This story also didn’t document the backwards bolts typos (inflate tires to 50 psi… tire says don’t exceed 35). I got hoodwinked don’t you fall for it too.

Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. My daughters hoverboard broke after having it a few months and Walmart would not exchange it so I reached out to the MFG and they replaced it. Gotrax covered the shipping and really helped me out as I’m not working at this time and couldn’t afford to replace it. Will buy more products in the future.

I love my new scooter. It rides pretty smooth and easy to fold for carry and travels. Would recommend to anyone. I'm looking for my second scooter already

"Sent wrong amount of scooters"

We typically love these scooters, but the experience with customer service hasn’t been great. We ordered 2 scooters for our boys, and they only ended up sending one. When we called to ask them, they told us that yes, it looked like only one from the order was sent. But then they made us go through warranty to get the second one sent. We are still waiting for the other scooter to be sent, and this was a birthday present for our kids. They just keep telling us to be patient. Still waiting……
