The tires are a problem, and you will not be able to talk to anyone helpful. We bought 2 scooters as gifts this past Christmas, and one came with a defective wheel when it arrived. The back wheel made a strange noise when the brake was applied. Good luck trying to get them to honor the "Warranty." The wheel eventually developed a leak, in less than 8 weeks. (We live in SWFL, so it was ridden on flat sidewalks or roads during that time.)
GoTrax will have you submit a video and then deny your claim. They will not let you speak to anyone regarding a warranty or warranty claim and will only deal with warranty claims via email. Needless to say, they do not honor their warranty. The person who answers the phone is quite possibly the rudest person with whom I've ever spoken. When I asked if they recorded the calls so that someone would be able to hear how rudely he was behaving, he hung up. BUYER BEWARE! With all the choices of companies to choose from, buy from another company that actually will speak to you and care about their customers.
The fact that GoTrax responds to the negative reviews with the response that they will send an email is further proof of the fact that they absolutely refuse to talk to someone over the phone about an issue.

I never received the fender. I have ordered it multiple times now and have not received it. I have called dozens of times and still, nothing. I hate giving bad reviews because I know how they impact. You deserve one ⭐️ Please do better.

Nothing ever arrived initially, but they reached out to me and sent me a whole scooter to make up for the wait times, while I had only ordered a part.

I ordered the Ebike on 1/2/25. I called several times with 2 weeks to see why it was taking so long. I emailed them twice and left msgs on voice mail twice also. I told them to cancel the order but no response.
I got after almost 3 weeks but I rejected the bike and it was turned the the company about a week ago. I still haven't got my money back. I filed a claim with my bank. They have the worst customer service on the planet. I will take them to court if I have to. Tell all your friends.

Constantly have to re-place orders through customer service because parts of the order get forgotten. Causing it to take 7-10 months for the parts to come in because the order has to be re-placed multiple times.

Customer service like this is rare these days.
