"This is my second time buying from…"

This is my second time buying from GoTrax. We had purchased 2 electric scooters many years ago for the kids. They are still working today but my son had outgrown his and asked for a new scooter for Xmas.

Originally we ordered the G2 Plus. After some inventory issues and our order not shipping GoTrax confirmed they were out of stock and wanted to offer us an upgraded version that would still arrive by xmas.

It was close but the scooter arrived xmas eve. Thankfully we had some mild weather after xmas and my son was able to take the scooter for a spin around the neighborhood. He came back with the biggest smile on his face. His favorite gift by far. Thank you GoTrax for going above and beyond to remedy the situation and deliver by xmas. We certainly appreciated your customer service!

"Customer Service "

****UPDATE*** I received a phone call 1/7/2025 from Anthony. They are shipping my battery and i feel much better now. I changed my review from 1 ☆ to 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. ******* I ordered a replacement battery for my electric bike on December 13, 2024 and it has NOT BEEN SHIPPED AS OF JANUARY 6, 2025.They charged my credit card for the full amount. Customer Service is terrible. They don't answer the phone. We've left voicemail and they don't call back.

I originally posted a negative review of GoTrax due to a delayed delivery that became a late Christmas gift and was frustrated with the customer service response and inability to reach a representative to get information on my order. Once we finally received our scooters, one was in the wrong color.
I am appreciative that GoTrax reached out today to make things right and offered a refund or replacement. Thank you for understanding the frustration and doi g your best to improve customer service and communication!

"Customer service was good, but product needs work! "

We purchased a hoverboard from Walmart for my son's birthday. It snapped in half and my son didn't even come lost to the weight limit. (He weighs 65lbs and it was rated for 170lb) After contacting customer service they sent a replacement. The replacement was a different model (which didn't matter to us) but it wouldn't turn on or work. We again contacted customer service and we sent it back for a replacement. A shipping label was kindly provided by the company. We finally received a new replacement (different model from previous two.) It was able to successfully charge and turn on but one of the wheels makes a funny sound like something is bent in there/wobbly wheel. He only weighs about 65lb and this is an adult size hover board so we decided to count our losses and be glad that this one works. He is happy to finally have something to ride, months later. So, in turn customer service DID respond to emails and did replace our product but WOW.... product needs some work! I'll never purchase from this company again.
