I was waiting for my part to be restocked for 5 months, and today I felt to call customer service and ask for help, looky me I got in touch with manda I hope I gat her name right but she understands my situation and took few minute and problems was solved and only her did it for the past 5 month I had this problem thank you customer service.

"Poor Company, Poor Service and No product. "
Unfortunately, this is a company review not product as I have not received anything yet. 39 days and counting. I placed an order on December 12th that was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. My money was taken the following day, and I did not hear from the company for weeks. I submitted a number of emails via their website and attempted to call the customer service number. Each time receiving no response. January 17th, I made contact with GoTrax and I was told they have no idea when I can expect my order, it's too far along to cancel and they cannot offer any updates. This is unacceptable. To give me no update or options to cancel is handcuffing me to this company's poor ability to manage orders. Meanwhile I have two kids waiting on Santas elves (Gotrax) to deliver their delayed Christmas gifts. I would highly recommend purchasing elsewhere as this company does not have things figured out.

My experience with GoTrax was incredibly positive. I ordered my grandson an Electric Scooter for Christmas and it came with a piece that was broken. I contacted them that day and got an immediate response explaining exactly what I needed to send them which I did. It was a few days later that I followed up for the status and again quickly received a reply from Edwin that a replacement had been approved. Received the new scooter four days later. The best customer service that I have received in a very long time.............highly recommend this company! Linda J

I’m so impressed with the service I got! My son’s hoverboard quit working and I filed a claim since we had bought purchase protection and it was still under warranty. The communications went over the course of a few days and everything was resolved in a timely, clear manner. A new hoverboard was sent free of charge. It was all around a hassle free, pain free experience. Thank you!

"Numerous broken hoverboards"
We bought the drifter pro hover board for Christmas, opened it and The Hoverboard wheel was locked and the hover board did not function. We requested a return, which took quite some time when we received the new product It had the exact same problem. The wheel was locked makes a terrible sound, and the Hoverboard will not work.
The company reached out and is trying to resolve the issue. They have sent a new hoverboard out.
Well, it’s a week
later and we still have not received a replacement hover board.
This will be the third hover board that we will try. I will definitely not be purchasing from this company again. I hope we can get everything resolved and get a hover board that works and is worth the money or get a complete refund.

"Worst customer service on the planet!"
I ordered an E-bike as a Christmas gift on December 3rd, 2024. The bike was in stock and their website said it would ship within 1-3 days.
Over the next 3 weeks without shipment, I contacted them several times by phone, through their “Contact Us” page, and via email. Some contact attempts went unanswered, phone calls were often met with a recording saying that agents were busy and to leave a message. On a few occasions, after repeatedly redialing the number, I would finally get an agent on the phone. Customer service kept making various excuses for the delay ranging from being short staffed to too many holiday orders to the FedEx trucks are too small. Customer service twice made promises that I would receive shipping notification by a certain date. Both dates came and went without any shipment. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the customer service agent refused stating that the supervisors do not take phone calls.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The Customer Service employees have outright lied to me on at least two occasions. When they are not lying, they just do not provide any specific information. They only talk in broad generalities.
The price of the bike was lowered on their website by $150.00 between the time I ordered and paid for the bike and prior to them finally shipping the bike on January 7th, 2025. I sent Gotrax an email asking for a $150.00 refund due to the price change prior to them shipping the bike. That request has gone unanswered!
Do yourself a favor, look for a different company to spend your money with. One that follows through on their promises and treats customers honestly. This company is not it.

None of what the Gotrax representative states in their response is true. A perfect example of their business practices!
