We ordered an electric scooter for my daughter for Christmas. When we put it together on Christmas Eve we noticed it was damaged. I emailed the company and let them know. They immediately sent out a new scooter for her. Their customer service was prompt and they resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. It's nice to know that if you purchase their product they stand by it and have your back if something goes wrong.

After ordering my bike, which was a easy process, it took awhile to recieve it. Why? Well it was because Gotrax decided to use Fedex to ship an oversized package! Everyone knows that Fedex is the worse shipping company to use when it comes to shipping oversized packages! They also didn't deliver the package by the said due date. It was sitting at some Fedex facility for almost two weeks without an updated scan. After filing a missing package complaint with Gotrax and Fedex, there was finally some movement, and the package was delivered to its destination. Then, after unpacking the bike and assembling it, it was time to ride!! I ended up getting the Gotrax Traveler, which is now discontinued, but it is still a nice entry level bike for under $600. Yet, there was a final flaw, which the bike came with a battery that doesnt hold a charge. I had read about this issue in the reviews and one would think that after three years of complaints about faulty batteries that Gotrax would have gotten their shi... together by this time! Well they didn't, but after filing a complaint with customer service and jumping through their hoops for a resolution, Gotrax stated that a replacement will be sent out. We will see how that works out. Thus, for the two issues mentioned above, that is why I rated the company with 3 stars! Please do better, as it seems that some of the ebikes and scooters get above average reviews!

"Replacement part needed"
Had an issue with the G2 GoTrax scooter and emailed them and got our replacement part in the mail fairly quickly, haven’t received the part yet but hopefully will soon! Didn’t have to wait forever like I usually do with most companies!
