In my original post, I wrote a negative review due to getting the run around from GoTrax. I placed multiple calls and emails regarding the issue with little follow through. Finally, after 2 weeks I have finally heard back from GoTrax. I understand that it is the holiday season, but lack of communication causes issues. The staff member reached out to me after seeing my old review and sent me a text message of my order finally going into a delivery truck. They apologized for the issue and even moved my order to overnight mail to correct the issue.

GoTrax hoverboard malfunctioned and was less than 1 year old. I had the WM protection plan but WM said bc it was less than a year old I would have to contact the mfg directly. I thought oh noo here goes nothing. To my surprise the team responded to my email promptly and after the document is and videos required they sent me a brand new hoverboard with zero push back. Phenomenal customer service

Placed an order for a T6 on 6 DEC. On 9 DEC I received an email informing me the item had shipped. However, there was no tracking number. Today I tried to track it using the SHOP app ( I hate that I have to download a 3rd party app just to track my shipment...) this has it listed as READY TO SHIP. Has it been shipped or not? If not, I don't see it arriving before Christmas... Either way, I would like to know which is true.
Called customer service and the response is a text-to-speech recording, very sketchy.
Edit: Was able to speak to customer service and the item shipped that day. Arrived in time for Christmas, all I'd well.

My order was missing a charger but it was easy to contact someone and my issue was resolved quickly! We love our Electric scooter !!

Wish I could leave a zero star review. I placed an order on 11/30 in hopes to have the scooter before Christmas for my daughter. The shipping label was created on 12/3. The product is still sitting in their warehouse and hasn’t shipped. They are very difficult to get responses from when you try and contact them with issues. They eventually responded stating that FedEx was the problem and haven’t picked up their orders yet. Here we are on 12/16 and still yet the item hasn’t shipped and they refuse to refund me even though it has t left their warehouse. Avoid at all costs if you want good customer service and a product that arrives on time.
Update: After emails and phones calls I was finally able to get in contact with Anthony from GoTrax to resolve the above issue. Anthony was very understanding and apologetic of the situation. He was able to find my order and ensure it was shipped with an arrival date well before Christmas Day. I can appreciate him taking responsibility for the delay and lack of communication and doing what was needed to solve this problem.

I ordered a bike for my son on December 2, 2024. I spoke with Andrew about an issue regarding the delivery date. He was able to resolve the issue promptly, and my son's bike was delivered as promised.

I notified Go Trax that my new Tundra's battery isn't lasting as long as the Tundra i bought a year ago. They immediately shipped a replacement at no charge!! Go Trax continues to be the BEST in all aspects of electric sporting!! I'm sorry to say i bought my wife the Aipas she wanted. She can't keep up with me on my Tundra, and she can't go as far as me, even though their information states it does. Their "customer service" basically said it was our fault.
ONLY BUY GO TRAX THEY'RE THE BEST!!
