I had a discrepancy/confusion with my order. I got a call from Anthony. He refunded my order completely and still sent out my charger. Customer service works fast was more than fair. Definitely changed my opinion and as long as the charger that’s supposed to come today works, will order again.

Ok gotrax has come through with there word. I received the scooter today, however I did have to buy something else for the little boy from the Angel tree, told him there will be something special coming his way in a few days. Thank you gotrax. I will give you 5 stars now. If I could give this 0 stars I would they always say there's a label created, but the product sits in the same city day after day day after day.Nothing ever moves.I've been dealing with this since december second. Go Trax is working with me now to try and get this resolved. I ordered the kids scooter on December 1st. I got an email said it would be delivered December. Seventh, then go to the email, saying it will be delivered December sixth. It said that the label was created. By FedEx, but the label is still created with FedEx. But it has moved nowhere , contacted them on Friday, said. I never received it's saying it's been delayed. Why do you have It on the Amazon website? And it says it was available when I ordered it. So where is it? My money was already taken. This was for a child. Changing my review again.Nothing has been solved. These guys always say there's a label created, but it still sits in the same city day after day.Nothing ever moves

"Warranty Help"
I purchased two gotrax quest pro hoverboards for my kids. One works great, but the other stopped working on one side. Filing the warranty claim was easy and they responded very quickly. Happy to say that they’ll be sending a replacement. My kids love these things. I’ll be glad when the replacement arrives so they each have their own again!

They must have been busy at first so it took awhile for them to respond. However, once I got a hold of them by email, they were fast and great. Gave good advice and links on how to fix things.

They made the experience very easy. I had ordered a scooter and canceled it, they sent it anyway. I called to make it right and said I'll take it anyway. So they said well we will take half off, that was so nice of them. Truly appreciate it!!
