Great customer service contacted go tracks concerning the charger that no longer works. My purchase was in February. They are sending a replacement after sending video pictures and purchase receipt.

I received great customer service today I was having trouble with a hover board I purchased and they were awesome and are sending me a new one under warranty .

Ordered an ebike for my daughters birthday and was promised 3 to 5 day shipping. Well it didn't come on time and missed her bday. Took a month to get support to reply and then another month for it to get here. But overall we are very happy with the quality and performance of the ebike. If they improve their shipping and support times, I would rate this 5 star.
