Warranty department is ON POINT. I was 3 days out of warranty for my daughter’s scooter, I believed it needed a new battery, and they included the handle bar control setting as well. Thank you so much for still honoring the warranty even though it was a few days past. Appreciate it!!

"Update: Customer Service Redemption"
Update: GoTrax contacted me after I posted this review. They have refunded me for the scooter, and will send a return shipping label as well, they said, so that I can return it. It seems that my original return request was never processed properly, but they are making this right for me now!
Original Review: I have been trying to return this scooter since the day it arrived. Nothing wrong with the scooter itself, it just turned out to be not what we needed. We never even fully took it out of its packaging.
I have followed all of the return instructions and processes Gotrax has asked for. Nonetheless, they have not processed my return request or refund. It has now been over 6 weeks. They have not responded to my emails for 3 weeks, at this point. I am now attempting to file a reversal on the charges through my bank in order to get my money back, at least.

" Gotrax G4 scooter "
We bought a Gotrax G4 scooter in May of 2023.The motor wheel had to be replaced in August of 2023 because of a defect and was covered under warranty. The scooter completely stopped working in September of 2024. They said it was out of warranty and could require a new $200 battery and or a new $70 console.
Gotrax reached out to me and we resolved the problem. We are paying for shipping the old scooter back and they will ship us a new G4.

Great customer service with an amazing service

We bought 2 e-bikes; the Z4 and the F2.
The F2 was delivered with a broken bell and missing screws, but Anthony reached out and resolved our issues.
As stated by another reviewer, who bought 2 bikes and therefore reached out to support and was given some discount. I also reached out to support and they gave me a discount too, to save some dollars on the two bikes!
The e-bikes are very well-built and robust. My kids(13 and 10) love their bikes. It runs very smoothly, so far my son has been riding to school without any issues. We were considering other e-bikes but the Gotrax brand stood out in terms of durability and price.

After 2 warranty repairs for the display not turning on, they decided I had a faulty scooter. A customer service manager called and made it right. I was very impressed with their willingness to do the right thing and stand behind the product.
