My Gotrax Riverside electric bike is great! It works as promised and Gotrax stood behind warranty when I had an issue with charger. The bike is well made and it is true to the product description. I bought mine online from Kohls and it was delivered safe and sound in good packaging and it was easy to assemble.

This gotrax scooter is so awesome! We went with the G7. I wanted to commend this company for their excellent customer service. We had an issue when the scooter turned over and gotrax support handled my situation with the best customer service I’ve ever had. Got my scooter back up and running in a snap! They really made me feel they wanted me to have a great experience with them and I absolutely did. Will be buying another scooter come Christmas time and will be happy to be purchasing another gotrax!! Highly recommend!! 5Stars all the way.

"Research Gotrax. Worst customer service ever. "

Literally, the worst customer experience of my life. GoTrax sent a pink scooter instead of the black one I ordered. Pink wasn’t even an option. I’ve contacted them via email, phone and online form. I had a few responses saying they were busy and would get back to me and then NOTHING. I’ve escalated my complaint with Paypal to an actual claim (because they didn’t even respond when Paypal got involved). I just want my money back. I bought another GoTrax scooter the day after my son opened the pink one for his 11th birthday. He’s a pretty cool dude but switching for pink when we ordered black was understandably disappointing. We never even took it out of the box. All they had to do was send me a return label and be done!!!!!

Honestly, I don’t know why I’m still talking about this here as I am sure I’m out $350 for good. I don’t have the time to try and sell on Facebook Marketplace. But it’s the principle. I can’t believe a company like this is even able to operate. I feel like such a sucker.

I had to cancel the order 3 days after placing it, when i submitted the request for cancellation, within few hrs i got mail that it was done and refund was issued. That was big relief for me and really liked the truthfullness from customer care

Really enjoyed the scooter but it broke in less than 3 months. Received an error code of E3 on the screen. Customer service was quick to send out a replacement part for the scooter without much hassle. Hopefully there are no more issues going forward.

To be honest GoTrax had some serious issues with customer service. I had given them 1 star. But, Anthony, a manager with GoTrax reached out and resolved the issues and made me whole. I appreciate him doing that and he has communicated that GoTrax has replaced many of their customer service reps with folks that will do a better job. Hope this works out for them. They have a well known name.

We purchased an adult scooter for my 14 year old for Christmas and he was very happy with it! Unfortunately something happened and the scooter stopped working. I must say working with the support team was so easy (shout out to Lydia!) and we got the replacement parts needed quickly.
