Initially delayed response to my request for assistance but informed they were backed up. Once brought to the attention of one of the managers (Anthony) that our request hadn’t been addressed our issue was addressed and resolved very promptly. Many customer service departments don’t really care about unhappy customers. That is clearly not the case with GoTrax, thank goodness. Appreciate the attention and addressing our issue.

This company has been great to me, scooter works amazing and can't complain besides the mileage on it not being enough for me, that's a personal problem. I love the customer service they offer, my charger was burned and not their fault but they still replaced it free if charge .. I wish this company nothing but success and I hope everyone keeps having great experiences with you guys!!
