"Slow to respond for warranty service."

Company took more than a week to respond to my warranty request for my scooter. My charger stopped functioning and I have been left without a charged scooter for almost a month now as it has taken their warehousing department three weeks to send my new charger back to me.

Gotrax is a scam now they are giving free shirts for people to leave 5 star reviews for the company and the reviews are not even real!! People open your eyes before you actually decide to purchase with this trash lieing company

I buy and already pay for spare battery about Three or four months ago and I'm still waiting I send many emails and is always the same answer be patient and now nobody read and respond to my email

I bought this brand of scooter from walmart and after 6 months we started having problems with the scooter not turning on after charging. I contacted Gotrax and they send a replacement handle attachment. The scooter worked fine for about 2 months, then the same issue was happening. I contacted Gotrax again and they sent out a brand new scooter. That scooter worked great until my son went to go ride it and it would not turn on. I was like omg, here we go again. I reached out to the company and they are happily willing to send a replacement battery for me. I am so thrilled to hopefully have this issue resolved. Gotrax has been great with staying in contact with me and willing to go the extra mile for my trouble. Thanks Gotrax!!!

Have a scooter and a replacement motor/wheel arrived quickly. Item was damaged and they did not hesitate to fix the issue right away. Very happy with the customer service and the product!
