"Customer support.. "

I’ve emailed support many times over the last couple weeks, and called during business hours - which none of which have been answered or responded to. Not sure what to do. Not sure if the product is any good, since I was reaching out to update my address on file and no one has responded to help fix it

I ordered a scooter. Computer error it was going to a wrong address. I called to correct it, and was told the order has to be cancelled. You were able to stop shipment, but didn't refund me and told me no. I will never order again and posted everywhere for others not to also.

I was contacted by a manager who did rectify the problem. I received a refund. Thank you.

"Amazing Scooter "

I have been looking for a scooter for awhile. This scooter fit the bill. I had an e-bike and the seat hurt so much that it would leave me sore everytime I ride. The seat is a plus it’s super comfortable and doesn’t put so much pressure when sitting. There so much room on the foot rest too. The scooter is a perfect fit. Most importantly it has lights on the sides so you’re seen from a distant. One of the features I love is the cruise control. Super happy with my purchase. 10/10

Update: I was immediately contacted by customer service and they were able to resolve the issue and sent a scooter and lock immediately.
I have tried calling and emailing and haven’t heard back. The label was created with FedEx over a week ago and there has been no movement or shipment. FedEx states they haven’t received the scooter and I can’t get anyone to respond for gotrax yet they have my money. So disappointed!!

Initially I had some issues with customer service getting back in touch with me concerning a shipment of an in stock item. However after talking with the manager, who was super nice and eager to make it right, he was able to ship the item to me and provide tracking. I recommend GOTRAX

"My scooter never seemed to go as far as…"

My scooter never seemed to go as far as it was meant to from the moment I purchased it. However, I was slow to contact them. My warranty was about to end so I contacted them with photos showing how quickly the battery depleted and they immediately sent out a new battery for me.

"Scooter charger not working"

The staff at GoTrax Support was through and prompt with their concerns and comments . They got right to work on my inquiry and solved my problem to the utmost satisfaction and confidence

"Would not recommend gotrax!"

I have been trying to get a charger replaced by warranty after it failed 7 months in. Communication was slow but made progress. Progress stopped after the order was created and shipping confirmation never came. Since that moment communication has ceased from gotrax.

9/27/2024 update- gotrax did follow through on getting the charger to us. Unfortunately it took a negative review for them to act / respond.

After experiencing a delay in my order they have reached out to me and have impressed me on how much they care about the customers. Gotrax has gone above the norm and i want to express my gratitude. "happy kid, fun scooter"

My son loves his scooter and the compass on the handle bar was a fun surprise. All three wheels light up which is pretty fun too. A level to tighten the handle bar came off but I emailed customer service and they fixed the problem right away! I would recommend!
