Had an issue with the console, customer service was phenomenal in handling the problem. Within one week, the issue was identified and replacement part was at my house.

"No Charger!? No Problem!"
I bought the XR Advance from Best Buy and when I opened it the charger was missing. The boxes seal was broken already but I didn't notice till i started opening. I reached out to support, and they got me a new charger ordered within 3-4 hours of realizing it was missing. Love the quick response and action taken by customer service. Great job!

my 5yr loved this bike speed was great as was the run time until it just stopped working 11 months in the company sent me a replacement bike under warranty which was great except the warranty bike had battery , motor and speed controller issues and than it just died like the first and when i told them this and said i needed a replacement that works they told me they could not give me another because my warranty was up now and that they could sent me some parts to try and fix the bike which they also never sent DO NO BUY

"Horrible customer service"
My son has a G4 electric scooter. Less than 8 months old. Stopped working midride one day. Apparently, it's a defective console. Submitted a claim back in July. Was sent a tracking number for the part that was being shipped. However, no product. Reached out to customer service multiple times via email and phone calls. Complete lack of communication. When we were able to speak to a representative (Nick) he refused to put me in touch with any supervisor or representative in management. He stated "we have no idea when the part will come in. It's on a boat from China." That was literally his response. This claim was submitted in early July. At this point, Gotrax should be sending us a new scooter since they cannot guarantee if/when the replacement console can be replaced.

"Started out bad but was made right in the end"
The charger took longer then expected to come and when I tried contacting support they didn’t respond in a timely manner but when I finally go through to someone they made the situation right and were really thoughtful and took care of everything which I am truly thankful for.
