I’m still trying to get an issue resolved. I have contacted gotrax several times. I still have no resolution. Scooter will not charge. Purchased as a Christmas present. It should still be under warranty. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service experience. Bought an e-bike for our son and the throttle quick working after a few months..They said they would ship me a replacement part but the item still hasn’t shipped after 3 weeks and I can’t get a response from an actual person. I have called customer service and emailed several times with zero response. Do not get this brand as a gift for your kids, my child is left with disappointment and a broken e-bike.
